They call me before to schedule the service and then they call me before to remind me of the service, very helpful. They are fine. I'm on an annual regular payment so I pay $58.30 a month Cost is a little high but they have the termite free guarantee which is helpful. They're better than I am on punctuality.

After treatment he came back twice for follow up and will be on call for one year.

They do good work. I usually watch them if there is an area they missed that I need done then they do it. They seem to do good work.

They do a great job. We've been working with SPRINGER PROFESSIONAL HOME SERVICES for four years or something like that. They really service from scheduling to showing up to giving us a call when they're en route. They're just a great service provider.

They are very responsive when you call outside the normal appointments. I have called when there are pests caught in trap which I did not want to deal with. They came out quickly to take care of it. Their two hour window of appointments is reasonable. They normally come right on time. They do tell you they will alert you if they will be late. And, they are very responsive to changes. I live outside the Des Moines area which is about a fifteen minute extra trip time for them. They have never complained or brought this up to be an issue. I have purchased another home and continue to use their services on both my homes on a short term basis. My only concern is their field staff are not full time employees which leads good staff moving on to better full time jobs. I have worked with about four different service staff in the four years of working with them.

Had a former serviceman do the work for Springer. Very professional, courteous, and interested in my questions and feedback. Have worked with Springer for a while. Have had good service, but this gentleman was excellent in his quality of work and professioalism.

My entire home is hard wood floors except for one 5x7 area rug in the living room. And after awhile that rug, even with regular vacuuming, gets pretty dirty (especially with a dog that sheds A LOT). It didn't make send to rent a Rug Doctor for a 5x7 rug, and it certainly didn't make send to buy anything, so I called Springer to take advantage of their service to pick up, clean and then return area rugs. Scheduling a pick-up was quite easy - they were flexible and able to give me a couple-hour wide window of time just a couple days after my call. The estimate was that the rug would be ready and returned in about a week, but actually was ready in just 5 days. Return delivery was equally easy to schedule - in fact the morning I'd scheduled the return I was called and asked if I was home so they could bring it early. It's a bit pricey when you consider what I paid to clean a relatively small area rug, but the convenience more than makes up for that. Also, everyone I dealt with at Springer was very friendly and professional. I'd definitely use the service again next time my rug needs a deep cleaning.

It went well. They're really nice, prompt and easy to work with. They did a good job. They are within the range of others that I have called around. I've probably used them probably because they were the most affordable and they weren't probably at the highest range or at the lowest range I'd say, they were probably mid range. They were punctual.

We started with them for pest control because I can't stand spiders. We started using them and then they did shampoo and we've just been using them. They know us by now.

We used Springer for annual carpet cleaning and the service has been great. We decided to use their home services for staining our deck and fence, it did not go as well. The price was $1,000 which was on the high side but we really appreciated the service and professionalism we had had from the carpet cleaners so we gave it a shot. While the deck and fence do look good we did have a couple of issues. There were a couple of large stain spots on the siding of our house that they had to have seen but did not take the time to clean up. Also, they left an empty stain can behind our fence that our kids found. It is the small things that set companies apart and unfortunately Springer did not meet our standards in this case. Also, the gentlemen left an invoice with my wife so we could send in a check or call with a card number which we were planning on doing within in the week. The next day the company called asking for a card number. I understand a company needs to paid but calling with 24 hours of us having an invoice seems a little overboard. We may give Springer another shot in the future because of the great service we have had before this experience but I hope they understand the importance of the little things. Maybe their home service should take some pointers from their carpet cleaning division.

It went fine. I decided to go with this company because of the way they were rated. They were good and did a good job.

It went fine. Overall, the job went well. They did a good job that we expected them to do. They were very cordial. It was all taken care of, very impressed. They were prompt, efficient and pleasant to work with.

They are very friendly, on-time, and do a great job. We haven't had ANY problems with bugs since we started using them last summer. I was a little leery of going with a "green" pest control company that doesn't spray inside the house (since that is what I've always been used to), but we haven't had any critters at all on the main floor of our house (we get the occasional spider & water bug in the basement, but they are pretty rare and usually they show up around when it's time for Springer to come spray again). Definitely give them a call. Brian, the technician that comes to our home, also always has a DumDum sucker for my son when he happens to be home during our service call. :)

The monthly inspections/pest control go off like clockwork. They call me, let me know when they are coming out to inspect. They have traps and such around the outside of the house. We live next to an undeveloped field with a creek running close the back yard so there's a lot of wild life. When we first started using them, we had a terrible problem with Box Elder bugs. That is a problem of the past. We have recently sold our house and as a matter of the sale, we had to have a Radon test and a termite inspection. Because we are on their pest control program, they conducted the termite inspection for free. That saved us $100. They called, made the appointment, showed when they said they would and conducted the inspection. They supplied the report as promised at the time they promised. The radon test is a multiple day test. They put a machine in the appropriate place, that depends on your living arrangements in the home, pretty technical but he took the time to explain it to me so I was comfortable with what he was doing. They leave the machine in place for the allotted time, came and picked it up at the agreed time and submitted the electronic information to an outside service that does the actual reading. Both processes were painless and took care of two major tests that had to be done before closing. I would highly recommend their service. They deliver.

They came in & cleaned the carpet & left. I signed up for future cleanings every 3 months for $68.00 for a year.

They were very responsive at getting me on their calendar. Aaron arrived on time (maybe even a bit early), was extremely professional and completed the work in less than an hour. He insisted that he move the smaller pieces of furniture that I was planning to move before he got there and didn't get around to it. He was friendly and appeared to really know what he was doing. I'd not hesitate in recommending them to my friends and family (in fact, I already have!).

I had work done by this company 4 years ago and was very satisfied. However the gentleman who originally did work for me 4 years ago was no longer with the company, and I have to say that the quality of the work depends upon who shows up to do the work. There did not seem to be any clean up after their work, for example drywall dust in piles where ever they drilled into the wall; paint scratches on hardwood floors from taking door off hinges to replace weather stripping; chips of paint knocked off walls where installations were made; 15-20 chipped paint spots on garage door walls; and ladder scratch marks all over exterior of house. Was not impressed with their cleanup, which appreared to be nonexistent. But this was a different experience from my experience with the same company 4 years ago-which is why I have the impression their quality of work depends on each specific workman. I think the work itself was generally all right, if sloppy. The doors on the medicine cabinet were hung crooked. I was just irritated that I had to clean up after the workers, including getting on my hands and knees to get the paint scratches off my hardwood floor.

They are thorough. If you are not happy with something they will come back and make it right.

I will use their services again in the future.

They have been around for a long time. I think they are a pest control and handyman service. They come out every other month. It's a maintenance type program. I have used them before occasionally. I am certainly satisfied with the person they send and his thoroughness.

We just started using them this summer. The initial visit was $200 and then it is $100 every two months. We had a problem with ants and they seemed to be able to get it under control. They were very personable and we would recommend them. Their prices are fair.

We called on friday, and scheduled an estimate for saturday morning. On saturday, it was cloudy, so the contractor said it was hard to see wasp activity, and would come back earlier in the week. That monday, I called to find out when he was coming by. The person on the phone said he would come by that afternoon, and then either talk to us at the house or call. We were home all day, but did not receive a phone call or get a knock/ring on the door. He only left a business card on the windshield of my car outside. I called the next day to find out details of the estimate. The person on the phone said he would call me. I haven't heard from them since. I have decided that 4-phone calls just to get an estimate was too much, and for now, we haven't seen any more wasps. I will likely call a different company if future needs arise.

They were fine in general. I don't think they were as thorough as some of the other contractors that came out.
