I have used the services of Specialty Enterprises. They did a good job in fact they happen to do more work for me even though they certainly weren't perfect. I am going to take more pieces probably 1 or 2 more pieces. I felt that 600 bucks is a little high but it is their market. Altogether I would give them high marks. I like the coffee table. It is really a nice coffee table It was honey oak and now it is not. It still has got the oak grain because it is real wood but maple color now. It is pretty dark.

Came as they said and the work was done quickly and correctly.

They "lost" the photo/email which I found out after not getting any response from them for 2 weeks. Their quote was exorbitant and turns out was twice as much as the reupholsterer I ultimately hired. I had numerous pieces that needed quotes for refinishing/reupholstering and asked if someone could come to the house to give a bulk estimate. They never returned my call regarding whether they would or would not provide that service. After waiting a month, I moved on to a different company. Too bad for them because I would have provided a lot of work for them.

It looks like new! We had a positive experience with them. We actually have another project coming up with them soon - I will be using them for some end tables and coffee tables. I like that they can come to your home and do touch ups - that was unique.

We started the project some time ago, probably latter part of October, taking estimates. We had a real problem finding companies that would come out to then house and give us an estimate. We found three. John's company was one of them. John and another lady came out, review the Sectional and agreed, it was well worth recovering. It was a custom piece we had purchased 17 years ago in Minneapolis. We had took our time picking a fabric and sure enough, the first fabric was discontinued. We purchase a second fabric which was higher than what we had hoped to pay but John worked with us and made it happen. They picked up the sectional and delivered it. It did take some time because they were busy with some commercial project too but it was worth wating for. John called me one afternoon and said it was done and he delivered the same afternoon. At about the same time, he pickd up the Bentwood Rocker. We looked at a lot fo samples at his business and picked the one that matched the original leather as close as we could. They are working on it as I write. John delivered on the quality he promised and that was the most important item and is the main reason we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They did an amazing job! The chair looks gorgeous and I am so glad I went to them. They redid a chair of a friend of mine and it looked so good I decided to have my chair redone. They repaired a little wear hole in an arm and you can't even tell where it was. The bottom was sagging. Not any longer. The refinishing job is amazing. And the reupholstery work is excellent! They were so easy to work with. Everyone was so helpful. The owner, and I corresponded via email, which I love. I am not a phone person. He quickly answered my questions each time. I paid a deposit, made several payments through the course of the work and made one final payment when work was completed. That worked out great for me. I don't recall how long the job took but I wasn't in a hurry and gave no deadline. The cost might seem high but it is worth every penny. It takes real craftmanship to refinish and reupholster furniture. They actually take the chair apart and basically, start from scratch. Also, my cost included five yards of fabric. I did not need that muuch but wanted extra, possibly for pillows. I just can't say enough good things about them. In fact, I am taking in four dining room chairs to have repaired and reglued.
