Brian repaired a vinyl floor in our kitchen. Done an excellent job we would recommend him.

He is very good at what he does. Very approachable, offers help to move things back to the way it was after he is done, professional and respected our home while he was working in our basement. I would hire him again for his work. He did a wonderful job and our basement looks normal again!

I had tried to cut a stain out of my carpet by watching a utube video. I sometimes think I can fix anything, but I made it worse and to top things off now had a square foot hole in my carpet. I contacted Angies List and Scott's Flooring came up with other names. I contacted them all. Brian Scott called me immediately the next morning (I contacted everyone on Sunday) came out the same day, brought all his equipment, cut my carpet and replaced with extra carpet I had in the house. Did a fantastic job, I actually can't see any seams. My husband and I thought we were going to have to replace the whole carpet downstairs, we're extremely obsessive about our home! Love the professionalism of Brian and will definitely use them again and refer to our friends. Could not have gone smoother. Still haven't heard from the other company's!

I would have given Mr Scott a higher rating except that from the time of the first contact and the work being done was 3 weeks i was under the impression that the work could be done quicker than that .Also I I did not get anything in writing for the cost it was all done on a hand shake so when the work was done we both were unsure as to a part of the job was included in the hand shake. A written contract should have been provided.Than their would have been no misunderstanding.

Showed up and gave a fair estimate, an hour-ish later they were gone and the carpet had been repaired in three rooms and a hallway. Skilled work, nice people, and a fair price. What more could you ask for?

Fast response to my inquiry. Stayed in contact and let us know exactly when he would be at our place. Moved our furniture stretched and repaired our carpet in several places at a reasonable price. Very efficient and I would highly recommend.

In fixing a bathroom floor, Brian worked to ensure that the floor was replaced with a type of floor expected to last at least five years (as opposed to the two in a half years that the floor that needed replaced lasted). Brian went out of his way to help me find from the store the type of floor he had in mind and to come back the next day to ensure the floor laid down appropriately and caulking between the bath tub and floor remained sealed. Brian s work felt quick and effective at a reasonable cost; I felt Brian worked to ensure the type of floor was cost effective as well. I highly appreciate Brian s work and his deep care for effectively empathizing with me as a customer.
