Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, quality workmanship. My husband dropped a boat anchor on our engineered wood flooring. Two dents plus a hole the size of a 50 cent piece. We also had scratches from our refrigerator which had been pulled out and pushed sideways by the people who installed our kitchen back splash along with a few other dents from our dropping various items on the kitchen floor. Scott's Flooring did an excellent job, and I would recommend them to anyone. My flooring looks brand new, and to keep it looking that way; I bought new rugs to cover the entire area in front of my kitchen island. The notorious boat anchor is no longer allowed in my home.

The Scotts Flooring team did an excellent job repairing a section of water-damaged hardwood floor in my kitchen. They traveled 40 miles to my home to do the repair, were very courteous and professional, and charged a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the result.

I can't say enough of how happy I have been with what he has done to my house at a great price. If you want to know the details of my experience, please read on. Otherwise, just call him up and move forward because you are not going to regret it but rather be very happy with the end result. Okay....my experience.... I was in need of what I thought was a vinyl repair job and reached out randomly through HomeAdvisor to Brian at Scott's Flooring for help. I consider myself pretty lucky to have landed the right guy for many reasons. Brian was quick to respond with a time to stop over and assess my kitchen flooring situation. His many years of knowledge and insight in the flooring helped immediately. He tutored me to a better (and correct) solution than I thought would remedy the issue. We decided to put new flooring down after Brian educated me on a few options that were not only cost effective, but provided me with a new kitchen floor. This saved me from throwing money at a bad result and completely updated the appearance of the kitchen instead. Brian had the new floor installed in only a few hours the day after we first talked about his solution. I also had a basement, and steps leading to the basement, in need of carpeting after remodeling it. Brian offered up a terrific price which provided the carpet and installation that he could start immediately. I actually had to slow him down since I was not done painting. That was a great problem to have versus going to a Home Depot and ordering carpet that would take 4-5 weeks before installation at twice the cost. So Brian had the carpet laid the day after I was done painting and it looked awesome. Overall, Brian had floored my kitchen and basement in a few hours over two days. And that was only because I had to ask him to wait which he was kind enough to do the job in two stages. He also came back over twice after both the kitchen and basement were complete to make sure the vinyl had settled correctly and the carpet was laying down as it should. Again as I said at first, call Brian if you are in need of any flooring projects. He is a great guy who provides awesome service, at a fair price, and done fast.
