Andy's crew is very professional and did a great job. My home was difficult to get drywall into. They carried each sheet upstairs. Walls finished very well. Dedicated spray equipment created smooth application of knock down texture. Ceilings Looks great. No damage. No surprises. Priced right, but they weren't the cheapest option. On time. No excuses. They protected my property and cleaned up after themselves. As a property manager, I will definitely use Scott's again.

Andy was very easy to work with. Provided an accurate estimate for our project. The cold weather was not cooperating but they were committed and easily made our deadline. Crew showed up, did nice work and completed the job as promised. Hope to contact him in the future for a bathroom remodel.

I used Scott's Home Renewal for a first floor renovation about three years ago, was pleased and hired them again for this. Not the cheapest contractor, but definitely the best I have used here. First class professionals; first rate subs, especially the tile and glass people The custom glass door arrived with the wrong specs, and the glass contractor got the factory to make a new one with only one day of waiting.. Andy was very easy to work with. He and his laborers were always very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We have no complaints with the final product and absolutely no regrets with entrusting him with our home.

I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Andy and how thrilled I am with the finished result in my kitchen. I collected a number of recommendations from friends for other contractors, whom I met with - but, I am so glad I went with Andy. From the start, his communication was exceptional. He gave me a very realistic (and ultimately accurate) timeline and I always knew exactly who was going to be working in my house on what days. No surprises what-so-ever, and when there were some minor unexpected plumbing issues once he opened the walls, Andy set up a time to discuss options with me and presented me with multiple solutions depending on my preferences and budget. There are SO many decision to be made for a large project like this, and as a first time homeowner, I was a bit overwhelmed at first - but Andy did an incredible job guiding me to quality suppliers for materials and helping me through the process all along the way. I never hesitated to ask if I had a question and Andy always took the time to respond and explain things in a way I could understand. Andy did a lot of the work himself, but his sub-contractors were also superb. Despite the fact that my kitchen was completely torn up, the house stayed surprisingly clean, they always left the site in great condition at the end of the day and were very respectful of my time and space. Even though the job was completed a few months ago, Andy has stayed available to me as I have had one or two silly little questions come up - he's been quick to respond and make sure I am satisfied and have the information I need. Andy's pricing and estimate upfront was clear and straight-forward and again, no surprises or anything questionable on that. Very fair cost for the quality of work and professionalism. I will be doing additional work (bathroom remodeling) in the next few years and would not go with anyone else besides Andy & Scott's Home Renewal. Andy was quick to respond to my first call and was able to come and give us a rough estimate that same day. He followed with detailed estimate a few days later. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions and guided us to what was needed for our new tile for backsplash. The professionals that work with him for plumbing, cabinet painting, and installing counter tops were all very pleasant and were there when they said they would be or called if there would be a delay. Although going thru a remodel is always a bit of an inconvenience, the finished product was well worth it! We love our new kitchen and very much appreciate Andy and his dad for their help

Incredibly professional, and experts at what they do. It's not the least expensive, but certainly the highest quality of work. You tend to get what you pay for when it comes to construction, the extra money spent was well worth it.

What an amazing company!! After moving into our house a few months ago we knew we wanted to repaint everything. After a thorough search on Angie's list and coming across Scott's, I knew that was the only company I wanted in my home, and they have proven to be just as professional as all of the comments and grades suggested. Quick responses and communication from the initial bid to the final days' work. The professional job the crew has done has been incredible. All of the trim and lines (especially at the ceiling) are razor sharp and the work areas are always clean at the end of the day. This is also a company I have felt completely comfortable with not being at home while they work. We will be hiring them for many more projects around the house.

The Scotts were very friendly, helpful and courteous. From beginning with the estimate all the way through the job Andy kept in contact and let me know all that was going on. They also left me the extra trim and stain that they had left over.

All aspects on the job went smoothly. I was especially impressed that I called him last minute and he was able to fit this job in quickly so my carpenter could get started in the space. It was obvious that he went above and beyond to get this job done quickly for us. I think other contractors would have told me they couldn't do the job when I asked, I only gave him a week's notice. He worked hard to get it completed for us even though we were first time customers. Also, I live in an old home and the walls in my son's room look like a new construction home now. I am impressed.

Absolutely first rate. Not cheap, but if you want the best in home remodeling, Andy Scott and his father, Roger, is who you go to. Professional, punctual, always on top of things, a delight to be around. This was a five week project. Andy and Roger did a lot of the work themselves, but they also used high quality subs: flooring, tile, plumbing, cabinet doors, electrical, painting the kitchen cabinets and credenza (CR Painting-not often you can find a painter who does first class work on cabinets). I would have never been able to find and coordinate the level of skilled professionals that Andy did. The project went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely hire Scott's Home Renewal again -- and I will.

Andy and his dad, Roger, were both great. They did fantastic work, and every single one of the trades that they hired out for did a phenomenal job. I stay home with children during the day, so having a bunch of different people in your home at different times, sometimes all day, can be daunting. I honestly did not feel that way at all. Each of the people they brought in for the work were professional, kind and punctual. We are extremely happy with the way our basement turned out and would not change anything about it. Especially the decision we made in choosing Andy and Roger. Thank you both!!

Andy with Scott's Home Renewal was great to work with! He was timely with our bid and sent over his credentials and insurance information within 24 hours of talking to him. He was right in the middle for pricing and was always very conscious of our budget, which was tight. We were able to add some things that came up and still stay on track. We have a small bathroom but there was a lot of work. They were able to complete it in under 2 weeks time. All the trades were the friendliest people you could meet. They did a great job of cleaning up after the work days. When we moved into our home 6 years ago we had some work done that left us worried about picking a good contractor for our next job. We scored with Scott's Home Renewal. I would recommend them to anyone and we will definitely be calling them for our next project.

Great work! It's hard to find someone who is willing to do small odd jobs around the house that need repair AND do a great job. Andy called me back right away and came over the next day and got all the jobs done for me and came back a week later when my range hood fan arrived after ordering and installed that too. He did a great job on every single thing and I am so happy. I'm keeping his business card in my file of the only person to call when I need anything done on my future home, including renewal work. Professional, trustworthy, friendly, helpful and dependable. Couldn't be happier.

The quality of the work is fabulous. I couldn't imagine how they could possibly change my awful stucco into a smooth surface effectively...but they did. They came and left as scheduled. The crew was thorough and precise and left with the area cleaned at the end of each day. Every one of the crew was polite, and Andy carefully explained each step before beginning. When it was determined that a sub-contractor could perform the woodworking more expertly, Andy arranged for him to come to our home, meet us, and discuss his plan before signing on. The renovation was perfect and we never had to make a single follow-up call after the job was completed

Andy was very clear upfront with costs and time needed to complete this bathroom remodel/repair project. He was a pleasure to work with.

Mr. Scott did a nice job. The finished product looked great. He was timely in returning calls and it only took 2 weeks for him to begin work from the time I agreed to use his services, this project took 2 partial days to complete. The only thing I can say that he could improve upon was his method of clean up, in the fact that there was none. I didn't expect him to leave the room he completed the work in spotless, however a quick swipe off of counters and shop-vac to the floor couldn't have hurt.

We had used Scott's Home Renewal for some smaller projects before, and called them again when our basement flooded in June 2014, and had to be re-finished. This project involved removing and replacing drywall, replacing doors, trim, a window, carpeting, painting, and re-doing a bathroom. Completion of the project took quite a while, but we were very happy with the price and results. Any is always very nice to work with.

Andy was responsive and professional. We've had Andy do reconstruction work for us before and he knows his stuff. He's professional, courteous, and price is competitive with anyone! You can't go wrong with Andy!

Scott did the job - is a great guy and everything was done as expected and timely. Would hire them again when I need work done. Very trustworthy.
