We worked with Andy to make sure we got everything we wanted done. In the beginning, he spent a lot of time making suggestions and helping us decide what we wanted. Gave us references and we were able to go and see work he had previously completed. Andy and his team were able to work with us on a schedule. He worked with the subcontractors to make sure everything kept on schedule. Basement went from bare concrete walls and floor to fully studded, finished walls, ceilings, ductwork, doors, closets, egress. Finished the job in 8 weeks just as promised. He was knowledgeable about local codes and made sure everything was done properly. Even with minor adjustments, the final cost was exactly as he said it would be. We are very happy with our basement.

Andy was wonderful as usual. I've used Scott once before on a bathroom remodel and was very pleased with the results. I was asking to have the project completed as soon as possible, but Andy was scheduled to take vacation shortly thereafter. Andy worked with my schedule by finishing the items I absolutely needed finished right away, and finished the remainder upon his return. Andy is great to work with and his crew is wonderful as well. We'll definitely have Andy bid our kitchen remodel when we're ready.

Excellent. Andy was able to start the job almost immediately after I had completed the remodelling. He finished everything in two visits. We are very happy with the results.

I called Andy on a Friday to have some very minor roofing repairs done. He had me send him some photos of the job and said he would call back later that same day. Andy did not call me back that day nor the next two days. I sent him another communication with the photos again on a Sunday. Andy sent me a text the next day (Monday) stating he would get me in touch with his roofer to contact me on tuesday...it is now Thursday and no roofer nor Andy has contacted me. I expected a lot with such great reviews.

Very easy to contact and get a quote. His schedule was flexible to meet our needs. Our work was finished within a couple of days of initially contacting him. The work he completed looks great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Scott's Home Renewal was absolutely wonderful. They were very business-like, went over everything with me and gave me a job description before we even started so we were on the same page. He did exactly what I asked for. He did great on the second job too. He did that within the week, he sent someone to take care of whatever I wanted done extra. He did everything I needed and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable and gave me a 10% Angie's List discount. I've never used anyone from Angie's List and I really like him. I will use him always now. He was done in 2 weeks and I can have the unit rented. I gave him the key because I trusted him but he didn't ask for it.

Our experience with Andy and his sub-contractor couldn't have been better. We put a lot of pressure on them to get our job done quickly as we were putting our home on the market for sale. Not only did they get the work done in time and under budget, but the results were excellent. The plumbing issues are fixed and the master closet looks beautiful; truly a seamless job. We were incredibly pleased and will definitely contact Andy again in the future. We highly recommend him for big and small jobs alike!

Scotts Renewal never returned my call!

With such a big project. Andy and his team did an amazing job for us. They cleaned up after each day. All there subcontracters were very easy to work with . Andy did a good job communicating with us what was next. We had a few bumps that slowed the project down waiting for cabinets to come in, but that is to be expected. Andy and his dad also refinished our kitchen cabinets. What an amazing difference. We also had new hand rails put in. Turned out very nice. We highly reccomend Scott's Home Renewel. He also did a few extras that he didn't charge us.

It didn't. He never called me or responded to my email.

Andy came out to my home to evaluate a potential problem that I saw. I called many other contractors, and didn't get a response, or was told they could not/would not come out to do an on site evaluation. Andy listened to my concern on the phone, and set up an appointment to come see it in person. He then evaluated the concern, and set my mind at rest. Very professional, friendly, and informative. I would have him come and do any project I needed. He stated he does mostly large jobs, but also does smaller jobs. He offered to come out and do any small jobs, I might need to have done, once my house is listed and if an inspector would like things done, to make sale complete. Great job, Andy Scott!

He gave me a quote on Wednesday, and did the work on Thursday & Friday. Andy and his father make a great team. They were polite and punctual, and wasted no time in completing the jobs that we had agreed upon. They replaced my screen door after picking up the new one I had ordered at a local DIY store. They removed an outdated strip light fixture, repaired the wall that was behind this fixture , and put up the new one. They also replaced a second light fixture elsewhere in my home. They did a quality job that was fairly priced. I look forward to them returning to do more work in the future!

I had Andy Scott out to do estimates on about five different things in my house, ranging from paint to window repair to window replacement. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and helped talk me through the different projects and how he would handle them. These were all small little projects - not huge moneymakers for him - and at the time, I wasn't even sure what I was going to do. On one project I even told him: I don't think I'm going to do this - I just want to know how much it would cost to do. He still followed through with a complete, professional proposal and estimate for each of the 5 or 6 projects I had. I waited two months before I committed to having any work done, but he was still able to work me in fairly quickly - a week or two later - within the timeline I requested. His team was pleasant, quick, thorough and cleaned up all the sawdust. He charged me less than his estimate. He also did his best to fix something that I had improperly installed and saved me the cost of needing a completely new replacement. Would highly recommend this company. Having this one programmed in my cell gives me peace of mind - I'm so glad I know who to call to get these random home things repaired next time - and bigger remodeling projects when our budget allows.

After trying numerous other workers and contractors over the previous year, I found Scott's on Angie's List, contacted him in October, and they were able to start within a couple of weeks. Their crew did a great, professional job, in a comparatively short amount of time. Scott was very responsive to a concern I expressed and worked to make it right quickly. And, he was significantly less expensive than other contractors I had tried (who charged 2 - 4 times as much, and didn't get nearly as much done in a much longer period of time). We will be hiring Scott's to do more work for us as we continue to restore our house.

In addition to the leaking roof, I had some questions about other needed repairs in my home. He had me text pictures, and we will be following up. Very professional, and so were the gentlemen who came out.
