Came in to give us an estimate. Scheduled a date for installation when finished with present job. Came and installed front door. Purchased Laundry room bifold doors and did the necessary customization and installed them two days later.

Andy is one of the best kind in this business... If he tells you he knows what to do: He does.. Otherwise he is one of those rare people that will tell you he cant help and then goes out of his way to find others that can and do the same level of work he and his crew does: the best!!! He is honest to his word, clean, punctual and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking his wide range of skills and services. His only drawback is that he does such great work that he can be a wait to get to your project: He's worth the wait<<<

Andy worked with me to get to the right price, then followed up afterward to ensure that everything was done to my expectations. There was some delay getting it done and some follow up needed, but all was within reason.

They did excellent work, started very soon after getting an estimate, started when they said they would, finished quickly, price stayed within their estimate. They even fixed some extra small things that came up during their job here quickly and without charging more.

The experience was very good from the start. My impression of Andy Scott during the walk through for the estimate was very good. He asked several good questions and gave me options for how to do the finish work. Other people I had received an estimate from where much less thorough and less concerned with building code requirements. During the process or installing the drywall, a window was broken. Andy called me right away and explained what happened. A new window was ordered and installed in no time, and the work was done very quickly. I would definitely use Scott's Home Renewal again!

Because we have had some ordering problems with our kitchen cabinets Andy has been very patient with all the delays. He never get's frustrated is always patient and helps us to relax about the remodel. This young man is more then expected.

I called this morning to get an estimate after seeing the favorable reviews, and was told by Andy that they could be out this afternoon, and after hearing about a bad experience I had with a no show contractor last time, he also said that he would fix it when he came to give me the estimate if I was OK with the price. They showed up at about 2:30, called 20 minutes prior to let me know they were on their way, did a terrific job fixing the gate. They were extremely professional, and I would absolutely call them again. We rent, so the big work is done by the landlord, and it was difficult to find someone willing to just take on a small job. I would definitely recommend this company to friends to use for a big or small job. Thanks guys!

I found Andy's company on Angie's List and e-mailed him. He e-mails back within 24 hours, and his communications are friendly and professional. He stopped by on a Saturday morning to give us an estimate, then stopped by our house twice before the job started to try out paint colors that I'd chosen, to make sure I liked them before he did the whole room (I didn't like the first one, so this was a valuable step). His team worked when they were supposed to, cleaned up immaculately and did a beautiful job. I absolutely plan to hire him again to repaint all of my ceilings and give them an executive finish, which he has already given me a reasonable quote on.

My kitchen remodel was a total gutting of the old kitchen, walls were uneven, surprises came up (as they will in any remodel) and my granite fabricator caused numerous delays that would have tried the patience of a saint but through it all, Andy and his crew continually communicated with us, kept a positive attitude and rolled with the scheduling changes. I got several bids and these guys were very competitive and the most complete in what was included in their bid. We had used them before for a project in my husband's shop and they did a great job there as well. They show up when they say they will or they call. That was very important to me. Andy went over the bid carefully both before the work started and when we settled up at the end. I added a number of things as we went along and he was very fair with his pricing. I am planning to do some additional projects and certainly plan to use them again. I also gave their name to my sister who was doing a remodel of her kitchen and she ended up using them as well and has nothing but good things to say. When I was interviewing contractors, some of them made me feel like I should just accept whatever they said on blind faith but I need reasons for why something is being done or recommended and Andy is very good to explain and never make you feel badly for asking.

Responded quickly to provide a free estimate. Andy was very knowledgable and honest in his estimate. The pricing was competative with the other estimates we obtained. Once the decision made to go with Scott's Home Renewal, they were willing to get started on the work at our earliest convienence. They were extremely accomidating with our situation and finished the work on schedule. Overall the work was excellent and the finished product showed their commitment getting the job done right the first time. Andy was very honest and even reduced the price from the estimate when the work turned out to be slightly less than we originally thought. He was punctial for the site inspection and estimate as well as for the final project. The work was done to my daughter's satisfaction and you would never know from looking that they had to cut a cabinet in half to install the dishwassher.

He started when he promised and he didn't leave to do another job and leave a mess. He cleaned up every day and made it possible for me to lock the garage every night so that I would not have to worry about someone stealing all my yard tools. He and his crew were professional and the work was very good. I've had other remodeling companies do projects and was sometimes disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. I had no such problem with Scott, the workmanship was excellent. I would not hesitate to use Scott on other projects I have in the future.

Roger and Andy did it all - from building the wall studs, drywalling, bathroom fixture installation, and painting. I was most impressed with their work ethic - they did things the way I would have done had I been given the talents they have. They were respectful of the property and home site. I would have given them a key to the house had I not been home and they needed to get in to work on something. They are that trustworthy and honest. Their bid was comparable to others, but even if it were a bit higher, I would hire them based on their record. I have had Scott Renewal do other minor repairs to the house and have always had a great job done.

Wow. These guys are good. Fair estimates that beat most of the competition from a price standpoint. They come to work on time (amazing). They are very trustworthy - I was home with my infant a lot during their work and had no concerns. They're family men and are very concerned with managing expectations. They always went the extra mile for us and we will have them paint our exterior next. They also did some GC for us, subbing electrical, plumbing and flooring work. Very fair on their mark-ups. They've hit 4 rooms of our house so far and will always be on the top of our list. Andy works with his dad, Roger, and his friend, Alex. They subbed two guys who belonged to their church or otherwise well known. When the flooring folks came and we were out of town, they came to "baby sit" since we didn't know the flooring guys. That's how much we trust them!
