Friendly, efficient, professional job. I didn't even need to sand or paint after they finished. Running a little late from their first job, but they kept me informed. Great experience. No mess afternwards.

We had a water stain in the ceiling below an upstairs bathroom. The plumber had to open up the ceiling to expose the shower drain so he could test for the leak. No leaks were found, so we had to repair the hole in the ceiling. We found Andy on Angie's List, called to make an appointment and the rest is history. Would recommend him without any reservations.

I was very pleased with the professional way they bid the project, completed the work on time, and cleaned up after.

The person in charge of the remodel responded quickly to my calls. He gave me a clear and complete plan for the work and how much it would cost. They were respectful of my space and time by informing me of progress and they cleaned up after they were done. They did beautiful finish work.

Over all, the service they provide is exemplary. From the time they gave us the bid, to the time they completed the work, we were exceedingly pleased with their work.

The project started out well .. The first bathroom was pretty much a success except for us having to paint and finish some closet shelves ourselves. We had requested Andy to have someone come back and redo the finish on the shelves as they were scraped up but were still left with unfinished wood and a thin scraped up finish left on the shelves after a second attempt. There were also many exposed nails and felt the closet was lacking some pride. There were also chunks of the new drywall missing from the installation of the shelves, this we also had to repair. We were not happy with the end result here and did not feel the quality of the closet compared to the original one removed, as promised it would. Andy did do a nice job with framing the shower/tub walls and the new closet. The carpentry work alone was the highlight of this project for sure. The second bathroom (tile shower), however, did not go as expected. When the ceiling was to be retextured it was left unpainted and we were told we had to primer and paint the ceiling unexpectedly ourselves when assumed that was part of redoing the ceiling. The tile shower was a mess... The shower walls were never framed up square so when the tile shower was put in everything was crooked and off from the get go. The pan was poured and we were left with a lumpy uneven shower floor that sloped every which way but to the middle to the drain. We have standing water that does not drain in several areas on the shower floor that we manually have to push to the drain every time we shower which is a real pain. The tile sub was very sloppy and seemed to be in a very big hurry from the beginning. He completed projects as well without asking necessary opinions. The tile sub was our biggest issue in this project. This job was done in a very unprofessional manor. We had to have multiple pieces of tile removed (at our expense) and redone and still were left with a crooked end result after replacement. The backsplash done to compliment the shower had to be ripped out and done over as well. We had to also go out and get more tile because of this. We were, however, compensated for this error by Andy. The tile is already starting to crack on the floor and the mosaic tiles are covered with scratches and a hazy film that remains after scrubbing. There was alot of carelessness that resulted in multiple parts of our home being damaged in the process. These were mostly at the hands of the tile sub. When confronted there was also no owning up to the damage by the sub. Andy, however, did take care of the damage that was reported so we do feel he does not deserve a poor grade. Andy is a very nice man and seems to have a good thing going with Scott's Home Renewal but definately needs to be pickier about whom he chooses to represent his company. He was easy to work with. Just needs to set more realistic time expectations from the very beginning. Our project took over several months to complete and our quote was a couple of weeks. There were a couple of unexpected minor delays but this project too way too long, regardless.

Andy and his crew were extremely professional, I felt comfortable with them in my house and they easily met the deadline we agreed to - with no surprise costs. They did a great job of keeping me informed and kept the project moving at a fast pace. They are focused on pleasing their customers and when I asked to add or change a few things, they happily agreed. I recommend them to anyone, an excellent experience!

While it was a struggle to get in contact with Andy, it was worth the wait. Once he was available, he came out and did a detailed estimate of the job,spelling out everything. The selected crew did a great job, and was very considerate: cleaning up the job site each night, letting me know when they were going to lunch, uncovering windows when I asked so my pets wouldn't get over heated.

Andy was very difficult to get ahold of. We played phone tag numerous times and about three weeks after I'd already received several estimates for the work I needed done, he called out of the blue to check in. By that time, I had already gotten the information I needed and was moving on.

They came on a Friday and did the framing and installation of the dry wall and taped and put on the mud. They came back Monday morning and sanded and put on the texture. Monday afternoon they put on the trim and baseboard. They cleaned up their work area. I am very happy with the work done and will use them again for other projects around my home.

It did not go. this business never did anything more than pick up the phone.

We selected this company, based on Angie's List. We had no prior experience with them...so it was a shot in the dark. All communications were done promptly and services were delivered exactly as promised. The crew was polite and professional. They even came in with a final price slightly under the original estimate. Good People. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in quality work.

Andy does the best work. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help with projects. He is thorough and clear with what he can provide. I will continue to have him do work especially on my new home.

Andy was very easy to work with. He met with us several times in the late evening and was very willing to work around our schedule. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and to make sure we were happy with everything. Only took 7 or 8 weeks to complete the whole project. It looks amazing and we are very happy with it. I would highly recommend him to anyone and plan on using him again for future projects.

Scott's Home Renewal started later than he said he would but the end product was well worth the wait. The basement looks great now and we are very pleased with it. When several issues popped up after the job he had no problem making sure they were taken care of.

These are professional, punctual, clean people that you can trust to have in your home. They have integrity. What they say they will do, they will do. No complaints. I wouldn't use anyone else. My only hesitation in sharing about them is that they will become so busy I will have trouble getting them the next time!!

He returned my phone calls promptly and drove up same day to my house to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to have a chimney-style range hood installed above my cooktop and new duct work vented out to the exterior from an interior wall. He spent about 45 minutes and was extremely thorough. He ultimately found that we have a ceiling joist directly above where we would want to run the duct, and that there was plumbing above that would likely interfere with us running the duct out. I had had two other contractors tell me it would be no problem but neither of them took a careful look at the situation, so more than likely I would have ended up with a hole in my ceiling and nothing to show for it! I appreciated how thorough, knowledgeable and honest he was and I know I will call him next time I need any work done.

I needed to have some work done and contacted the company first through their web-site. I waited days but they never responded. I called the company because they had good ratings and they promised to come and do an estimate but never came. They called back to apologize for not coming promptly and said they would come but then never came. I will never use them again.

They came out promptly, went over the options to repair/fix the issues, and wrote up a quote that night. They were actually there the next day to do the work,and after 2 days, all was done right on time and on budget. They are extremely professional, do an extremely high quality job, and will definitely be calling them again for any work I need done related to the inside of my house. If you have an issue with Drywall in your home, call these guys. They're phenomenal.

This was a fantastic experience. I emailed Andy on Monday morning and heard from him that noon. He was at our house to do an estimate at 5:00 that day. He is VERY thorough with his estimate and asked a lot of detail questions. Like I said, he brought up that our finish was smooth and needed to match the stairwell to the basement. We hadn't paid attention to that. We had a written estimate in under 48 hours. We had a question on painting and priming so he added that in to the estimate and gave us a correct copy. Drywall was delivered on Friday and the work began on Tuesday. He would've started Monday but we weren't ready! The work quality is excellent, they cleaned up the area and did what they said they would do. They repaired the bathroom and spent a LOT of time to do it. I was able to get in and paint just as Andy said I would. VERY happy with them and would use again!

Andy was very professional yet flexible through the whole process. He responded quickly to emails, was patient while we finished the other aspects of the project (and hit some snags along the way), and quoted us a fair price for his work. When it came time to start the project, Andy worked with us to get the project done in the timeframe available. He and his crew were punctual and professional. They got the job done faster than we could have imagined and the quality is fantastic. I would recommend Andy and his crew to anyone looking for drywall help from small to large jobs.

On Sunday we rented the texture machine to repair the ceiling texture ourselves. That didn't go well for us. On Monday morning I called Andy and he arrived that afternoon to give me an estimate. We really needed the work done ASAP and he was able to squeeze us in. Him and his crew arrived on Tuesday to skim the ceiling. They had to do some additional patchwork in the places where we had put the drywall up so that everything was nice and even. They were all extremely friendly, quick and cleaned up before they left. They arrived again on Friday morning to texture it. Again, they were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. It looks great and there are no signs that the ceiling ever had a giant light fixture in the middle of it.

Great! They gave me an estimate a week before the job and weren't sure when they could get me in (we weren't in any hurry) and they called a week later with an opening and came over right away and repaired the drywall. They did an AMAZING job on the drywall! It looks like there was never a hole there in the first place! WOW!

Excellent job. Job was done over several months, as the remodel project was done one half at a time, due to space. Andy and his crews worked our projects in to their schedules very well, and completed the work quickly. Very attentive to keeping the areas clean and tidy, work done exactly as quoted. I recommend Andy to everyone.
