iWhen the big box store couldn't actually deliver a special-order shower door that was featured in their website, our contractor suggested working with Sassman. We're glad we did. Sassman designed a single-piece shower door with invisible hinges. The turnaround was about 2 1/2 weeks. The door looks great and works perfectly. Sassman's installers were punctual, and finished the job without fuss. The final cost of the door plus installation was within a few dollars of what we would have paid for a similar (but not as nice looking) door from the big box store. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with this company, from start to finish of my job. When I called the office person, Vanessa, was very helpful. Scott came out and measured the desk for me. It had tricky lines and a hole for the electrical cords. Scott kept me informed of expected delivery date. The glass looked great and Scott and the other technican took great care of the glass and my belongings when they installed the glass. I highly recommend this company and will use them for future business. They have an excellent reputation.

Everything went well. Great guy and tremendously professional. Asked if he could take the door with him to fit the glass, communicated with us regularly, finished the work promptly. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

They we're great Sandy was help in explaining our options at their show room. We though they really had a great selection and were very knowledgeable about the doors. Dave worked up your design on the computer and showed us some neat handle designs that we hadn't seen before. They worked with are contractor to make sure everything fit perfect. They even came out and check the measures ahead of time. My wife and really love our new glass shower door and surround. Thanks Sassman Glass

I received several recommendations from friends and coworkers for this company. I did not have a good first experience with them when I tried scheduling an appointment. I submitted a request using their web form on a Sunday night but ended up calling them on Monday because it was an urgent request and I didn't want to wait. The person I spoke with on the phone said somebody would call me back to schedule a time for them to come to my house. Nobody ever called me back. Then on Thursday somebody called in response to the web form I submitted on Sunday. They let me know they had been out of town and were just receiving the email. I wrote an unfavorable review on Angie's List which prompted a call from the owner to explain that there had been a death in the family and they were away unexpectedly. I appreciated the call and explanation, and I understand when you have a small/family-owned business that things arise out of your control that get things off track. The owner could have let it go and not responded at all. I try to support local businesses and based on other experiences from my friends and response from the owner, would still recommend them.

The company measured and was quick to bring out the finished product. It was installed professionally and the installer gave me good advice on the maintenance of the shower doors. I have had them for a year now, and they are still great. Good company to work with.

I have allergies and don't like chemical smells. The typical mastic used to install mirrors is basically asphalt - pretty smelly, and I wanted to avoid this. I heard about a mastic that has low VOCs and little if any smell. Sassman was happy to obtain this mastic for me and use it in the installation. (Getting this mastic might not sound like a big deal, but I had already called the mastic manufacturer three times and they could not tell me how to obtain this mastic myself. Sassman was able to get it.) All the Sassman people I spoke with over the phone and in person were knowledgeable, polite and prompt. The mirror looks great - exactly what my wife wanted.

Called to get an estimate on a broken window and they refused to come to my home to my home to do it. They wanted me to measure my window and they would give me an estimate over the phone. When I questioned that this wasn't indicative of previous service, he said that they would go broke if they went to everyone's home to give estimates. Needles to say, I fount the service man rude, snide, and unpleasant to work with.

Great. They came to my house to look at the space and take measurements. I was also able to choose trim materials on that visit, and they gave me a quote the next day. They were able to install the mirror within a date range that fit well with the rest of our remodel project. Installers showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Quality was excellent.
