Description of Work: They moved me from house Iowa (and held my things in storage for 3 months)....then moved me into my new home in Wisconsin.

+ -1 moreExcept for being late in delivery, other parts of the move went reasonably smoothly. Their promised window for delivery was July 12-19, they actually delivered on July 22. We stayed in a mid-range hotel for three days and filed a claim for the expenses. Despite phone calls to the company before cheching into the hotel, and were told that they cover 100% of hotel bill, they still only allowed about two thirds of the expenses. Their Des Moines office is also under staffed, it was usually hard to get hold of move coordinator Brenda Ramsey. Overall, it could have been better, so they get a B from me.
Description of Work: Moved us from Ames Iowa to Oceanside California.
