Completed in a day and a half. The installer was terrific! The bathroom was cleaned up after the work was complete. No problems at all then or since. Love the shower and the teak seat, as well as the look of the room. (Counter tops and other fixtures had already been upgraded.) There are many different materials to choose from for the surround, the doors, and the fixtures. All seem to be quality materials. Fixtures are name-brands such as Delta and Kohler. I choose several upgrades from the basics and am quite happy with all of them. Communication was excellent. I would do this again in a heartbeat. If you're looking to do something on the cheap, this is probably not the choice for you. It's a solid and pleasing mid-range customizable option that gets done quickly with little mess and downtime for the bathroom.

Everything went well. They did good work, the materials are high quality. The only issue is that one of the hand-held showers on a sliding bar does not stay in place and the bracket slides down the bar while we are showering. There is no way to tighten it and we have had to put tape on the slide bare, which makes the slide mechanism useless. We have been promised a replacement but do not have it yet.

Removed old tub and surround and installed new fan lights and repaired drywall with no problems. New surround was supposed to go all the way to the ceiling, they cut it short and left a 1/2 inch gap at the ceiling. there were 8 corner shelves for shower products installed. Approximately 4 were tilted back toward the corner allowing water to pool. Eventually water would infiltrate this corner and cause damage to the underlying wall as the corner are just caulked. Called the manager. he was very responsive and offered 3 options to fix the problem. The first involved replacing the back wall of the surround and reposition the shelves, 1-2 weeks to order product, the second involved a trim piece at the ceiling and reposition shelves and the third was a combination of the two. We chose to wait and order the new back wall of the surround. The manager was very responsive and helpful. I have no complaints with the customer service, just don't think it should of ever been needed.

It went very well. All work completed but was told would make bathtub not slip. Did not do that job. Otherwise everything done very gool.

Tear out and install went great no problems, had to take extra days off work because the installer called in sick first day of install and the excuse was they can't help that and to bad for me missing work.

Toni and Steve are great. Be sure and discuss your expectations so there are no surprises. They was some mismeasurment but all coeections were performed and we are very satisfied with the job. tommy, their plumber/installer is a very nice young man who cares about his work and it shows.

They kept in touch with us all along as to when the materials would be here and when they would be able to start the job. They worked with us to arrange times convenient for us as well as them to work. The job took a little longer than was estimated, but they communicated well as to unavoidable reasons. Job was well done and looks very nice. Workers were very professional. .

The salesperson was very accommodating and helpful. No high pressure, but he enjoys his work and product and had a reasonable amount of designs and ideas to work with. Found him patient as we worked to a final decision on what we wanted. Mike was very willing to work with our budget. All office staff was helpful and prompt in answering any follow up questions we had also! When the work was executed, we had some wonderful guys. Dave was a craftsman, working with as much perfection and consideration as he would want if he were the customer, He, Troy and anyone else who assisted were competent, considerate, with professional demeanor and willing to explain what was going on. Everyday the rooms were left cleaned and picked up. It was wonderful! Working with the flooring store and their personnel and installer was just as great an experience. I also used Thrasher Plumbing (the Rebath franchise) for plumbing work and a new water heater, and it was a great experience with Andy who displayed the same qualities of professionalism. After he arrived he assessed the problem and realized it was going to be less expensive than the original estimate, saving us money. What more can you ask for? Great experiences overall with this contractor!
