Description of Work: We have been using Quality Pest Control for at least 20 years. I have had him come to three different houses in three different towns. Every time we have moved he has been willing and able to come and spray for us. We have the every three month maintenance spray and the cost has not changed in the 20 years we have been using Jeff. Jeff is very responsibly priced and very friendly. Today I called and asked if he could do something about the wasps we have. He said he would go over and take a look and knock down all the nests for us. I'm sure by the time I get home from work it will be done. Jeff is very trust worthy and reliable.

+ -1 moreHe showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time and was already spraying the exterior by the time I realized he was here. He was very knowledgable about the areas that insects could enter the house and what I should caulk to prevent their entry. Inside the house, he sprayed the wall areas of the storeroom for the ants. He also got a ladder and found the carpenter ant nest. He sprayed it and said he would call in a couple of days to see if we found any more ants. (He called first thing Monday morning to see if we found any live ants.) I had seen a couple, so he said to wait a couple more days and call him if we wanted him to do another spray (at no charge to us). We had seen a couple more, so called Jeff on Wednesday (28th) morning. He was there at 1:30 as he stated, and treated the nest again. I'm writing the review 1) because he is very professional and knows his stuff; 2) he showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would; 3) he came back and treated the area again at no charge and was prompt about it; 4) he is courteous and very good at what he does. I will definitely calll him again for any pest problem and recommend him to my friends.
Description of Work: I called Jeff to see if he could come spray for black ants that were in several rooms in my house and for an idea of cost. He said it would cost 85$ for the treatment. He sprayed inside the rooms the ants were in and outside around the foundation. He found an infested nest of carpenter ants in the rafters of our storeroom. He sprayed the nest and said he would come back to treat again in a few days if we saw anymore ants. He also pointed out a few areas around the windows that I should caulk to prevent insects from entering and and areas to watch for any bat roosting. He offered suggestions on how to prevent the bats from settling there as well.

Description of Work: I called them and was told that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. I did not hear from anyone and so I called Miller Pest Control in St. Mary's and the gentleman was out the next day with an estimate. The following day, he was here to take care of the termites. I have since used them to spray around my home and basement before winter started. About 3-4 weeks after Miller was here, a gentleman from Quality Pest Control just showed up at my door one morning. I had no idea he was coming as I had not ever received a phone call. I told him I was sorry but I had already had the job completed. I don't know if that is the standard for Quality but I will probably continue to use Miller's as they were prompt and very reasonable.

+ -1 moreI have been using them for years. I moved in 3 different houses and have gotten them. They're nice people and nice to deal with. One time I had some roofers and they told me there was a bee's nest in my landscape timbers. I called the pest control, they came out, and I didn't even know it, they came and sprayed, got rid of the bees, and I believe they stung some of the roofers. Jeff inherited the business from Andy, he came out, and sprayed my house. The cat was in as I let it in, in the winter. He called me, told me he got some spray on the cat, so he gave it a bath, and dried it. That is going beyond the call of duty. I give them high ratings and will use them in the future.
