+ -1 moreCall the office on Friday morning July 15 to scheduled for them to come out and provide an estimate, it was scheduled for Mon or Tues of the next week. About 3:00 pm, my wife call saying the guy from Preferred Pest was at our home and to remove 2 nests and spray would cost 185. He needed payment prior. One Monday July 18 I received a call from Preferred Pest explaining treatment options, when asked if he was there on Friday he was unsure as all the houses in the area look the same. Then he agreed he was there and service would be in the next couple of days. On Tues. July 19 (a day of heavy rain and thunderstorm) we had an service slip in our door that our house had been treated. Three weeks later we have wasps back the same area. The service agreement has that they will retreat the area within 45 days for half price. We have declined this.
Description of Work: Wasp nest removal and spray.
