The electrician seemed nice and was professional during the visit. The first visit was $146.00 through Angie's List. I even requested this electrician a second time since I thought he would be familiar with the problem. I continue to have similar electrical problems. The electrician was supposed to have assessed and repaired the electrical problems. This was the second visit for a problem with the outlets. I tried to get an electrician to come back out, unsuccessfully. There appears to be a scheduling problem with this company. I called for a follow up (third) visit regarding the outlets. No appointment was available for two weeks. The second request for a visit was done on a Friday, but they said they couldn't fit me in until the following Wednesday. After much discussion, they fit a visit in later that day. However a few weeks later, I am still having the same electrical problems. It is very expensive to use this company for repeated outlet problems that was supposed to have been repaired with the first visit, and certainly the second visit. Each time, there is a service call fee, along with nearly $40.00 to replace each GFCI outlet,,, that adds up. If the outlets are bad, let me know which ones need to be replace, and I can have the work done on one visit, to avoid the repeated service call fees. They seem to be uncooperative with scheduling requests, and I even spoke with someone who was supposed to be in a position of supervision regarding my concerns. She said it would be a different service call, even though it would be for a similar outlet problem. Either they appear to be unwilling to fit me in because of my complaint, or they have staffing issues. I will not use this company again!
