Dennis is a liar by trade! They scratched the heck out of my hardwood floors and then ended up not helping me in any way to repair them. I paid them $482 to fix my fridge and the tech just shrugged it off that my floors were scratched. Plus, no refund, so that is not cool!

Mr. Appliance promptly answered the service call and arranged to come for the repair in less than 2 days. It is difficult to find someone to service a Samsung refrigerator (not sure why?). Central Appliance didn't respond to 2 voicemails I left asking to call to arrange for a service call. They still have not followed up to find out if we needed their help. I will continue to use Mr. Appliance as my preferred repair service.

As it turned out, my dishwasher did not need any repairs. It took a call into the actual manufacturers Customer service line to get the information needed to make the dishwasher run correctly. The first scheduled appointment got canceled by the technician. The second one, the technician showed up on time but what he recommended doing would have meant tearing out tile flooring and paying to reinstall by tile person plus whatever labor he expended on a dishwasher that did not need any repairs.
