They had to reschedule twice. Once they came, the service was excellent, and they explained the process, what they needed to do, and what I should do afterward. The advisor called even faster than their estimate, and he was able to explain everything that has been going on in my home, and provided a way for me to do the work to remediate without needing to hire a company.

This was worth every cent. They truly care about their customers and empathize with the struggles that mold can cause. They are thorough and there for you every step of the way. We were very impressed with the service and Larry Ross, the inspector that they sent out, was top notch, thorough and empathetic. They have truly been the light at the end of a very dark tunnel for me and my family. Highly recommend them to anyone needing mold testing.

The Technician was great but their customer service is horrible

Please do not buy their product. Buy the book **Mold Money** before you do something . I am a mold sensitive person and I am not back in my home after four months. We still have mold. Will not refund. Only want to send more of the foggers. Always hire a separate test company from the abaters. I feel this company is working with a particular mold remediation company. I thought I was hiring a tester separate from the abator but I feel they are linked with a lab as that was their suggesting company to me.I responded out of fear and desire to keep my personal items. I feel they preyed on my fear of loss. The mold test company did not look for mold but only responded where we thought the mold might be. They did not look thoroughly, a lot of things were missed. A contractor and another tester company found mold in many places.

This was a great company. Friendly and on time. They cared!!. Only thing is if u test positive. The guy i spoke with will not take No for an answer on trying to sell products. He just wont.

I don't have any way to value the work. The tester seemed to know what he was doing however, in order to get results, had to pay substantially more money for further testing, Was told results would be back within 7 to 10 days. Still don't have results and it has been 14 days- can't get anyone to respond to email- can't leave a message on telephone as boxes are full. A totally frustrating experience. .

We were told the fee was $299 for air quality testing, then when they arrive we are told that is only for one floor of the house and it will be an additional $70 to get another floor tested. NO TRUTH IN ADVERTISING HERE.

Keith was wonderful. He came out the next day and answered all my questions. Peter called me with the results and explained what he saw. The only thing that bothered me was he gave me a phone number of a company for me to talk to. I had not read all the report before they called me. I was not ready to discuss anything until I understood what I was dealing with. I did not go with that company.

Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow.
