Description of Work: Mike was punctual with the 1st estimate. I lost the estimate and called for a copy, no response. Apparently he doesn't need the business in Iowa in November .

+ -1 moreCalled and spoke to Mike on 9/22/1. I had to call again on9/27/11. Mike came to the house on 9/3011 to view the work to be done. He said that he'd get back to us with his estimate and that he' be back on 10/2/11 to do a repair on a small seciontion of flashing. We have not seen or heard from Mike since. a
