+ -1 moreMy AC stopped cooling Tuesday night. Called Metro Wednesday and was told they can have a tech here Thursday between 2 and 5. Understandable with the heat wave we are experiencing. He showed up at 3:30. The nicest most polite and easy going guy. Assessed the problem and fixed it in about 30 minutes. I know I can call Metro and get things properly fixed at an affordable rate.

+ -1 moreVery professional installation. Have had new Carrier system for about six months, very happy. Had one minor issue, called Metro, they came and changed to my satisfaction the same day. Have since contracted for twice a year maintenance.
Description of Work: Have used twice, first to repair a humidifier installed by another company who was being extremely slow to come out. I was so impressed I asked for a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner. Quote was very fair and I went ahead and replaced everything.

+ -1 moreWe have an air conditioner that is probably 45 years old. This guy is able to work on it and it's been running like a champ. I think once, the blower motor on the outside broke during one of those times we were having highs in the 100s. They had to special order a motor because it's really tough to find a motor for something that old. The guy found it. He had to go to a warehouse and go up and down the shelves to find it. They do a great job.
