Description of Work: The company researched my problem with a washing machine, and was very honest in that there really was no fix for the problem. They could have come out and charged me, but rather they were totally honest with me about a common problem, what I could try, and the work arounds if it did not resolve itself. I am impressed that they were so honest with me and I will call them in the future if I need appliance repair.

Description of Work: Took out and replaced evaporator fan motor for freezer. Tim knew exactly what the problem was and had the part on hand. Showed up in the time frame agreed upon and called first just as they said they would.

Description of Work: Problems with washing machine. They came out the next day and found a broken tensioner wheel - ordered a new wheel, tensioner arm and belt while we had it apart. Came back after receiving parts and put them in quickly. I was happy with the charges - $58 for service call to check it out - $30 for parts and $40 to come back and install. I was very happy to not feel ripped off. That was my fear. I have recommended them to friends and would contact them again for appliance repairs or purchasing used gear.

Description of Work: Washing machine stopped agitating along with loud noises and a burning smell. Repairman replaced worn belts but warned that the transmission could also be going. The washing machine did run ok for several more loads but then died again with the same problem. We will be shopping for a new washing machine.
