Description of Work: They inspected my washer for a leak and for excessive vibration on spin cycle. They didn't find anything wrong but told me I had a 30 day warranty.

Description of Work: I was hugely pleased with the Metro Appliance Technician, Josh, that came to our home to fix our broken dryer. He came as scheduled and was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and polite. He promptly diagnosed & fixed the problem, and answered all my questions. I truly appreciated his pleasant and courteous manner. I highly recommend Josh & Metro Appliance.

Description of Work: I called to schedule to have my icemaker replaced. The technician tried a couple of things to be sure I really needed a new icemaker, rather than just a fix. He installed the new icemaker and it works great. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Description of Work: Our washer was not releasing the water and would not go through certain cycles. The issue was with the lid switch. He fixed it within just a few minutes. He did a really good job, it just seemed expensive for how little work he did.

Description of Work: My front-loading wash machine was stopping randomly during the spin cycle. It was also not spinning some loads adequately. Fearing the worst, I called a service person from Metro Appliance to come and check it out. I had had favorable encounters with them before, and knew I could rely on them for honest work. I was elated to learn that he could find no problem. I was even happier to hear that since no work was done, I would not be charged. He said that if the problem occurred again and he came back out and was able to fix something, only then would I be charged. Luckily, the problem has not resurfaced. | |

Description of Work: Reconnected dryer vent to dryer. Recommended someone to clean dryer duct. No charge. They had repaired dryer in July. Also recommended someone to repair ice dispenser in refrigerator door. We thought it was the computer. Turned out to be broken electric wire.
