On the Spot came out the very next day after I called them, and they were terrific! Very professional all around - from Holly on the phone, to the two guys who came and performed the service. They were efficient, yet they took the time to carefully work on our son's bedroom carpet. Other carpet cleaning services we've used in the past were "in and out" in minutes and did not spent time at all to ensure a quality job. On the Spot not only wore plastic booties, they used furniture bumpers for protection against their hoses stretched, a door "bumper" to protect the glass, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them and I'll use them again.

I called the office and received the information I needed to book an appointment. Julia guided me to the website to help answer questions. She was unsure on an item and had the technician follow up to be sure all my questions were answered. The crew arrived promptly. It took them about 3 hours to clean the 28 heat / cool runs and returns. They were polite and professional, answering my many questions as they went to work. They used a camera to show me the debris in the supply run proper to cleaning and the same supply run after it was cleaned. They did a terrific job.

They were fantastic and did a great job. They moved all the furniture themselves and came back the next day to remove the Styrofoam they put under the furniture. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. They were very friendly and professional. They were very fast and efficient.

I purchased a fixer-upper home that had what I suspected to be mold on the bottom side of the floor joists and subfloor in the basement due to an improperly sealed shower in the basement bathroom. I wasn't overly concerned at the time of purchase; however became convinced that a professional should treat the issue after the basement bath went unused for 2 weeks and the toilet bowl grew a large amount of mold. I also found mold in a wall in the basement where there had been a leak from a water line. I had spoken to Scott about a previous property that I owned that I was concerned had mold on the concrete walls of the basement. He came over looked the walls over, sprayed something used to test for mold on the spots and assured me that it didn't seem to be mold. He could have easily tried to take advantage of my concern and tell me that treatment was necessary, but he didn't. That experience stuck with me. When it was time to find someone to look that the home I had just purchased, On The Spot was the only company I called. Scott was extremely helpful from the very beginning of the process. He was honest and up-front about the content of the estimate and the steps involved in the process and why they were needed. His employees were timely and courteous. I do not really want to deal with this issue again, but I would work with On The Spot for any of the services they provide.
