Description of Work: sealed gaps in my front step,removed a cable from the roof that was no longer connected, hung a quilt rack, installed a toilet tissue holder in the bathroom, repaired a ceiling fan, replaced the metal strip on the basement stairs, repaired a toilet flusher and a sink stopper |All the work was completed. They had to come back to finish up a couple jobs but that was done in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Took over a week to get estimate and I had to email twice and request it. Discussed with estimator what I needed and that I was trying to do project on budget (project was to mud 15'x10' room) and got estimate higher than every other estimate I've gotten.

I agreed on the quote and a work date was scheduled. They arrived right on time as promised, decided that they could reach to do the job without a ladder. They completed the work quickly, and did a neat job. They finished quickly and charged less than half of what I expected to pay.
