He did an excellent job to get out the stains that needed spot cleaning. No other provider has been able to get those out before. In the basement he took his time and was very thorough. Previously other providers will race through a space but Lathrop went at a smooth steady pace to make sure it was done right. I'll use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning.

Like the carpet cleaning, the results of their repair job was outstanding -- even with a carpet more than 8 years old the repairs are indistinguishable. The carpet had been installed at two different times a few years apart, though it was the same style and color. They took extra care in making sure they matched the carpet lots from the scraps we'd saved -- not something I think most people would have done. Tim Lathrop, the owner, came to do the job himself accompanied by another employee. They were most interested in making sure the job was done right rather than getting it done and on to the next job. We appreciated their conscientiousness and thoroughness. The repairs are perfect and indistinguishable from the original carpet. Thanks, Tim!

This went extremely well -- especially compared to a less-than-optimal experience with Zerorez... Tim Lathrop, the owner, returned our inquiry call promptly to schedule the appointment and squeezed our job into the schedule since we had company arriving within a week. While they arrived a little later than anticipated, they let us know they were running late and with major road construction in our neighborhood that was understandable and acceptable. And even though the job wasn't completed until after 5PM, they did not rush to finish -- even on a Friday! The two gentlemen were long-time Lathrop employees (25+ years in total) which we found to be a plus and much desired over the short-term employees we've encounted with other services. The carpet looks better than it has since it was new, and with two young dogs finally housebroken, that was an amazing result! We will definitely use Lathrop Carpet Clean again, as has the person who recommended them to us! Thanks, Tim and Crew!

I called them up. They came the following day because they knew I had company coming into town. They try to get you in as soon as possible.
