Description of Work: Cut down two large bushes, carried off the limbs, ground down the trunk, cleaned up.

Description of Work: Removed a large dead maple in my front yard and half a mulberry in the back. |They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable/better than other bids. |It took almost six months to get it done. However, |Once they committed to a date they were very punctual. In fairness to Langford weather was part of the problem in getting the job done.

Description of Work: They took down a big tree in our front yard. A limb from the tree fell and broke our sidewalk, they were upfront about the issue and paid to have the sidewalk replaced. I would call upon them again if I need anymore tree removals.

Description of Work: We had one large tree cut and two other trees trimmed. They did a wonderful job with trimming our trees. Would use again.

Description of Work: I had one tree removed and four very large trees trimmed. I felt the crew did a nice job of protecting my roof and landscaping while they cut down the limbs. Dave also helped me figure out which limbs needed to be trimmed to make the trees look better.

Description of Work: Primary task was trimming 2 neighbors tree that were in my and yard (40 year old trees 8 ft from property line). No equipment could be brought into the fenced yard so the tree had to be climbed with each limb individually lowered, cut up and removed. Second time I have used Langford and they didn't disappoint. All was left neat and clean. When they came out to estimate in advance of the project they discussed what I wanted to achieve and assisted in selecting limbs that would open up the area yet keep the shape of the tree in balance. I have recommended them often.

Description of Work: Called for a quote on removing a large tree from our yard. they returned the call and made arrangements on day to come give a quote. They never showed up and did not call.

Description of Work: A very large section of a carpenter ant-infested mulberry tree in my neighbor's yard (as large as a medium tree by itself) came down into my yard during the 12/19/12 blizzard. The trunk that broke did so about 15 feet off the ground and was hanging--like the hypothenuse of a right triangle--over my neighbor's fence and into my yard. MidAmerican Energy whacked away at the tree-end on the ground to disentangle my power line from it--making more of a mess AND they left huge ridges in my yard from driving their large trucks over it. When I called Langford for an estimate I asked, specifically, not to have trucks driven over my lawn. Langford made a trip to write an estimate, I called a couple days later to accept the bid, they came a couple days after that and cleaned up the mess beautifully, including taking away a few branches from other trees and bushes scattered about my yard by the storm. I wasn't home when they were there, but an adult observer of their work said they were very clever in taking down the hanging trunk using ropes rather than driving their truck with cherry picker onto my lawn.

Description of Work: Langford Tree Service removed a large tree that a severe storm laid across my driveway into our cherry tree and on the house. I calledLangford early the next morning and their representative came by the house and wrote me an estimate within the hour. I accepted the estimate and his crew showed up less than an hour later. Mr Langford advised me that they would remove the tree from the drive and the house and put the wood in a safe out of the way place in the yard, for now and come back to pick it up in a few days after they had finished the initial storm cleanup for all their customers. I received a call a couple of days later and the crew showed up and hauled away all the debris. They also removed the dead and broken branches from our cherry tree blew bout the drive and were gone in a flash. I was totally satisfied with the excellent job they did. They did everything they promised to do for the estimated price. Thank You Langford and Thank You Angie!

Description of Work: Dave came to give me an estimate. He was prompt and very courteous. I called for him to do the work, he was also prompt. He did everything he said he did. i was very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: Trimmed a huge Bradford pear tree in my back yard and trimmed a branch off of a Magnolia tree.

Description of Work: I hired him to remove a tree which was in a delicate position next to my house, and close to utilities. I just purchased a home in August 2006 and found a 14 year old River Birch tree was planted behind a collapsing retaining wall, on top of a gas line, and within 3 feet of my foundation. The tree was taller than my two story house and was touching my roof, eaves and wall.
