I own a Snapper mower that has been a lemon since the day I brought it home. After experiencing starting problems from the second time I used the mower I returned it to where I bought it for warranty service. The vendor pronounced that nothing was wrong with the mower and continued to maintain there was nothing to fix. So for two years my wife and I fought this mower tooth and claw to get it to start, a process sometimes taking up to 30 minutes. Finally the mower refused to start at all, the drive mechanism destroyed a bearing and I turned to Krumm's for help. They were quick, professional, and courteous. When I went to pick up the mower I noticed that among the many problems they had fixed they missed one. They were quick to admit that they had made a mistake and made it a priority to complete the service promptly. When I returned home with my mower it started and operated better than it had when new. I will definitely return to Krumm's for any problems with my mower or show blowers in the future.
Description of Work: Krumm's replaced air filter, freed a sticking choke, sharpened blade, replaced heat exchanger, replaced drive wheel and drive bearing and tuned engine on Snapper self-propelled mower.
