Kitchen & Bath Ideas

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to order some cabinetry that were the same as our existing cabinets. The cabinets had to be ordered and reordered 3 or 4 times because either the wrong cabinet had been ordered or they were defective. Instead of it being one order, it ended up being several orders. Some cabinets were not ordered on time because the store forgot to order them or forgot that they were already in their warehouse. It was an unnecessarily long, tedious process with lots of calls and reminders from us just to get these cabinets - and there weren't that many - because of carelessness on the part of the store.

Waste of money. Didn't perform services we needed

They were only interested in a whole kitchen gut and remodel. I wanted to change things in my kitchen but keep existing cabinets. They were not interested in helping me with back splashes, painting, refacing cabinets. I asked for a refund of my $69 since no services were provided, they refused.

This company was presented to me by my custom builder, TS Construction. I clicked right away with the warm and freindly staff! It isn't easy selecting every component of a custom designed house. What a privelage to work with a professional company that listens to my ideas and offers suggestions when needed. The chemistry of the design went extremely well. I used unique ideas and different cabinetry in each room and I still love it 5 years later!

They design was ok. I have not gone ahead with the remodel at this point. I am unsure if I will use them, they are a little pricey.

I MEET WITH DOUG AT THE JOB SITE. HE TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS AND ASK ME WHAT I WANTED. THEN BROUGHT IT BACK TO STEPHANIE AND THE DREW IT UP HOW I WANTED AND CHANGED THINGS THINGS THAT WOULDN'T FIT OR WORK THE WAY I WANTED. THEY THEN WENT OVER NEW LAYOUT WITH ME. WE ORDERED CABINETS AND IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS CABINETS WERE IN AND DELIVERED TO THE JOB SITE. AS CABINETS WERE BEING INSTALLED IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS I CALLED AND THEY ANSWERED OR CAME TO THE JOB TO MAKE SURE IT WAS RIGHT.

We had a great experience with Doug and Kitchen and Bath Ideas. They were there every step of the way, even when I was having problems visualizing the finish project ,he would walk me through it again. I love the cabinets and counter tops we chose and would not change anything. We will be using them again in the future to remodel our bathroom. We are very satisfied with Kitchen and Bath Ideas and would highly recommend them for both there professionalism and the timeliness in which the job was completed.

The schedule that they provided us was met. From the time we ordered cabinets to the final installation of the countertops, they were there when they said they would be. When we had questions they were always responsive and honest.
