Description of Work: Kimlong Construction enclosed our rear deck, finished a room in the basement, and then installed extra storage in our garage.

+ -1 moreI called Mr Phi for an estimate when I needed the above jobs done as I had good experience with his work before. His estimate was good, so I was not concerned to give him 1/2 the estimated job cost when I signed the contract on May 2. Then I didn't hear from him for almost 2 weeks, and I got worried. I called him on Friday May 13 and left a message, no response that day or all weekend, so I called him again on Monday, May 15, when he said that he'd be there that afternoon! Since I work 2nd shift, that isn't really ideal, but I checked when I got home, and work had been started, and progressed quickly the rest of the week, finishing on the 18th while I was at work. Mr. Phi came by on the 19th for final payment.
Description of Work: removed rotten wooden flower bed supports installed concrete bed supports with mow edging removed sod under iron fence installed concrete mow edging and gravel mulch under fence build and secured (w/concrete adhesive) access steps to upper garden area placed soil removed from under fence around house foundation cleaned up site at end of job, removed rotted wood and excess plant material from property
