Kennedy Custom Builds is a reliable professional and reasonable priced company. He and his crew were also reliable respectful and professional. I had a front porch and stair case to the back patio removed and replaced. I was very pleased with the entire project. Worst experience ever. I left for 7 days while my upstairs flooring was installed. The cork underlay intended for the upstairs was installed in my basement and flawed planks were installed to an entire bedroom. I asked that the installer pull the floors and walked off the job. Tyler tried to back away from the mistake rather than taking accountability for his sub contractors. He wouldn't shared the name of his sub contractor and he billed me for incompetent work. Only after he victim blamed me for the product flaws, told me I was overreacting to an unliveable home, and he mistook my directives for insult. He did send guys to tear out the flawed bedroom floor but the cork underlay is still in my basement. My instructions for the basement where pull the carpet. The basement stairs still have carpet that needs pulled. A month prior I paided 5 figures for my home to be painted and that work is still incomplete. I could provided more details of poor treatment by this contractor but I don't want to ruin my health recalling the details.

Best in the business! I use Tyler and his team monthly for my rental properties. They can fix just about everything and they are affordable and efficient. Great group of people!
