+ -1 moreIt was not too much problems. That was a very good structure countertops. From the big box store, we found people who does countertops. The price was much more reasonable, they answered my questions and helped me make decision on what I needed. So, I was really impressed that we had not have to wait too long for the install. We had a problem that was not much their problem. When remodeling an older house they suggested three solutions to make the installation. Rather than have them to redo the countertops, we called an electrician to make sure that the reinstallation will be done correctly. All they do, they know what they are doing.

Description of Work: I got a bid to sand our corion countertops. we had used them before. Expensive and messy but all their was. One of the workers said next time i could call him directly and get the work done cheaper ... of yeah. This time when i asked them if they would clean up after themselves they said they didn't want to do the work. I don't like leaving negative reports for anyone. Angie kept after me to do a report. Now there are other providers ... the guys in grimes (guaranteed cleanup) and tools for the consumer to do it themselves. I don't see how these Jon Top stays in business. Absolutely terrible. Sorry Angie ... that's the way it was.

+ -1 moreThey were very helpful and knowledgeable in the selection process to choose countertops. They have a lot to choose from, and gave me guidance as to what would look nice in my home. They gave me cautions regarding the countertops I selected, which I appreciated but still ended up choosing the countertops I liked the most. They are very honest and upfront. They were on time and cleaned up well. The price I paid is what was quoted to me.
