See Above. Seek a realtor who wants to work and sell your home, who will seek clients and show some enthusiasm and interest in your situation. Not gloom and doom!
Description of Work: Little follow through; we always were following up with the realtor. Few showings, perceived that realtors waited for people to seek homes. Little aggression and chased realtor down to get feedback after showings. Long time for returned calls. Very limited activity when wife was very ill--no information to client and no substitute for coverage. Gap in service for sure with no knowledge by client. Very disappointed in service with IA Realty.

It went great. She is very professional. She sold our house and got us a new one in a matter of six weeks, which is very good in this day of age. I would recommend her to anyone.
