Richard Songer was the tech who did the work. He was extremely fast worker, polite and took the time to answer any questions I had. Before he started the work my readings in the basement where in the low 20s. 24 hrs after he finished the work my readings where under 4.

It reduced the radon from an average of 23 to 0.24.

Did great work. They had to push project back a day but we never got a call or text before hand and when no one showed up we couldnâ t get the office on the phone. They finally text us saying they had called and left a message two days ago but I had never received it. When crew came a day later they did great work and left site clean. They were professional and answered questions and showed exact what they were doing.

From first call to installation, and everything in between, these guys knocked it out of the park. No surprises and everything was explained to me very well.

I gave them a deposit of $500 the. Was going to finance the rest. Could not get the financing, and could not get the $500 back. And I am trying to come up with the $+2k they want for a system. Might as well write off the deposit money as a loss. Might look for another company

They called the morning of and changed our install time multiple times after the work should have already begun, electrician cancelled on us the morning of, and one of the installers could not answer most of our questions. The sales associate and secretary are awesome though. And this company is the only one in this whole area that is national certified for radon (for residential).

Everyone was nice and they did a good job. I was no-showed, no call for the first date which was hard because I had all my furniture moved. They werenâ t able to reschedule for another 3 weeks.

Great communication and prompt service. They did scuff up the newly painted baseboard in one room. I thought the price was too high for the size of the home and the amount of work. But overall, fairly satisfied and would recommend them to others, however, for me I would shop around a bit more before using them again.

Great people to work with. Showed me before & after pics of the ducts . Seemed to be very careful not to scuff walls with hoses. Cleaned up everything before they left.

I am reviewing before I have done the post mitigation test so I can't rate the entire process. I will say that at this point this company has exceeded expectation Everyone from the front office to the salesman to the installers have been very professional, informative, considerate and listened. Just keeping fingers crossed for this last test.

RADON SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING. (Installed by another company years ago). The phone contact was pleasant and efficient. The Technician came on the agreed day and the agreed time: he explained what was wrong, explained the options, then repaired the system so it is working better than it did when first installed.
