We needed to reduce the Radon in our basement. They were very patient, explained what they would do and how it would be done. The installed was VERY professional and knew the work that needed done. He was polite and efficient. He has done this work many years and completed the work. They guaranteed the Radon to be 4.0 and under.

From the quoting process to installation, the explanations were clear and the people were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Information was sent to us before the quote so we knew what to expect and what to ask. The installation arrived on time, was done in the expected amount of time (2 hours), and was clean and efficient. We recommend them highly.

National Radon Defense Midwest employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. As we were selling our house we discovered that we had high radon readings and needed to mitigate the problem. They explained to us the process and clearly identified what they would recommend to resolve the issue.
