I hired them to widen a doorway. The doorway was widened as I needed and was square and sized to a standard size. I do understand that there is a difference between a carpenter and what might be considered a "finish carpenter." The carpenter that widened the doorway was not what I would call an excellent finish carpenter. The trim around the doorway was not done very well, lacking a corner piece. Luckily I had him leave the piece of trim not used and it is something I can correct myself. Because I have the necessary tools and talents to this myself, I am not terribly upset. I called this to the attention of the company and my bill was adjusted accordingly. The carpenter was personable and cleaned up his mess. I do not fault him, I just feel that doing trim work is not his area of expertise, and someone with more of an attention to detail should have done the trim work. Customer service was excellent.

We had damaged flashing on the peak over the porch. We were leaving town and they were prompt with an estimate and agreed to do the work while we were away. Customer service was above average. We would hire them again.

I ordered a wide range of services, and I believe each project was handled with professional attention to detail and craftsmanship. The customer service was 100 percent attentive, and showed great interest in meeting my expectations, and going beyond. Management at the Owner-level inspected and supervised all work. My sense was the jobs were not done until he was satisfied, and I was satisfied. I feel great with the results and take pleasure and pride showing my home projects to my neighbors and friends. I found support and fast results discussing the progress and results with the customer service agent, who was efficient and courteous at all times, very easy to talk to, and interested in my concerns and comments. There's nothing inexpensive about major home improvements or projects. I feel that I got my money's worth and more. I take pride in my home, and my contractor recognized this, I believe every effort was made to assure my satisfaction, every detail was considered, and the outcome meets my standards, while exceeding all my expectations.

There were several hiccups during this project [weather,miscommunication] but overall everything turned out very good. Toby stands behind everything done and makes sure it is done to your satisfaction.

The man who came through and looked at the project took the time to explain why the damage was occurring and came up with new solutions to prevent the damage from happening again.
