 + 1 moreLeft the oil plug loose. Luckily I live only blocks away and found the oil puddle in my garage before driving any distance. Took it back and after quite a wait I was told they had re- tightened it fine. Also it was too bad I had new windshield wipers or they would have given me new ones as an apology. Just my too bad!
Description of Work: Changed oil & rotated tires.

lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreThere was only a short wait while the technicians checked out the tire and found the sidewall had been damaged. They replaced the tire while my husband waited. They were prompt and professional.
Description of Work: We had a flat tire on our lawn mower. My husband was able to take the mower in and they changed the tire while he waited.

Description of Work: My van 'desperately' needed some attention, and when I called them, they had me come right over for an inspection. Had a major issue, and given an estimate right away. I scheduled to have the work done over the next 2 days, and they even let me use one of their vehicles so I could still go to work. I have used them for everything from oil changes, tires, and major repairs, and they always give me an estimate that's fair (as I've done price comparisons at other places). They treat you like family, and won't do anything that isn't necessary--even if you ask them!
