Our family-owned business is small enough to serve each customer personally and large enough to take care of any garage door project, whether residential, commercial or industrial. Description of Work: Made a call to request service on my garage door for the following day. The man who answered the phone said they offer same day service at no extra charge. So I went ahead and set up a time. The technician arrived and we discussed the issues with the door and options on how to proceed. The 2 technicians were done in about an hour. I'm very pleased with the work they did.

Description of Work: Called for assistance to fix a broken door,came that afternoon gave estimate. Scheduled the day to replace the door with a new one. Work was done fast and efficient. They removed old door and track. One man did the work.

Description of Work: Garage door was off track. They came the same afternoon. Recommended new parts. Part cost reasonable. Was surprised at amount for labor, but they got the thing fixed in about 15 minutes and it works fine now.

Hi member, This is Tim with Hicklin Overhead Doors, Inc. I was concerned to hear you were not happy with our labor costs. Our minimum labor fee is $35.00 for work rendered, is this what you were charged? If not could you please inform me of the cost so I can investigate the situation. From my research and own experiences with service companies I've found companies charging a minimum rate from $45.00 up to $85.00 an hour with a one hour minimum. With our current labor fee being a minimum flat $35.00 no matter how long the job takes I would have a difficult time lowering the rate. The costs of doing business seem to grow every year and unfortunately those costs are past down to the consumer. I have been doing my best to keep my costs down in order to make my services affordable but at the same time make enough money to keep my doors open for business in this trying economy. My goal is to provide the best service and best products possible for each and every customer in order to meet and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction in the garage door industry. Although we may not be the lowest price in town we do try and offer a superior service and strive to offer the best customer service before and after the job is complete. Please advice on how we could serve you and other customers better in the future? An A rating in every category with your experience using our company is the only rating I would be satisfied with. Service was timely and well done.
Description of Work: Garage door wouldn't open. Technician immediately noticed that spring had broken. He provided estimate and suggested replacing the rollers, which also was done.
