Description of Work: They replaced our garage door and opener. They were wonderful, prompt, courteous and quick, we had no issues and haven't since they installed it.

Description of Work: My garage door broke and would not open on a sunday. I found them on angies list and called them. They had a guy out within 2 hours and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Very friendly, professional and explained what he did.

Description of Work: Showed up on time and was in and out in less than an hour. He told what exactly was wrong and noticed another problem area with our garage door. Our garage needed a new spring and it was squeaky. Our garage door is the quietest on the block!

Description of Work: Came and checked the two garage doors; repaired the rollers and pointed out a couple of other deficiencies. Made all the repairs (had parts, supplies on the truck). Repairman who serviced the doors was most pleasant and cooperative.

Description of Work: Garage door tune up, replaced parts. |Placed company stickers on everybody else's garage doors, was not appropriate !

Description of Work: Checked and fixed garage door that would occasionally not go down when up and up all the way when down. Grasses squeaky door. Also showed me and helped me reprogram my outdoor keypad.

Description of Work: The 'special offer' at Angie's List turned out to be a Sales pitch. The first technician did not perform any work due to his health conditions but started immediately selling additional services for a couple of hundred dollar. One spring was broken but a second Technician was needed to fix it. The included adjustment work and maintenance did not took place with the exception of 3-5 min applying some lubricant on the door joints.

Description of Work: They were asked to check out and diagnose any issues with the garage door as part of their tune-up service that I purchased at a discount through Angie's List. |The service was performed promptly and professionally. Parts needed to be purchased that ended up driving up the total cost. |

Description of Work: Through Angie's list they had a special on lubricating and adjusting my garage door. They did a fine job and recommended some future replacements and quoted me a price which I am considering.

Description of Work: Garage door was hit by snow removal service. Immediately came out, assessed damage and ordered new door with installation.

Description of Work: Steve came out to do a servicing on my garage door and advised that the door needed parts replaced. He explained that it would be cheaper to get a new door. He also was able to install an emergency key to allow me to open my garage door if the electricity was out. They were able to work around my schedule and the door looks great. I will use them in the future to maintain my door.
