Description of Work: It went well although they should have told me I didn't need the service and just needed to lube my railers. I had them replace my garage door last year but it had started squeking so I thought it needed service. The service person put some garage door lube on the rollers and then told me thathat was all I needed and could get that at any hardware store. It would have sold me more on their brand if they have said you really didn't need this and we are going to give you a credit on this service.

Description of Work: They checked the motors and springs for both garage doors. They replaced the springs in the larger door. It now opens smoother and quieter than before.

Description of Work: Had a damaged single stall overhead door replaced. My initial email was responded to within an hour (on a Saturday), a technician was on site the next day.

Description of Work: The spring in our door quit working. Hicklin came, gave an estimate to repair it, also my husband asked for the price for a new insulated door. We had the cheap, builder door. Because the price was acceptable, we opted for the new door since that was on our future "to do" list.
