Good, they show up on time , did the work, left no mess. There was a little mix up on the cost, but after they checked with their boss everything was good. I would told they had most parts in their truck if a part was needed. I asked about the rubber seal at bottom of garage door they don't carry it , it would need to be ordered. They never called back about it.

Wonderful. They were very prompt to schedule the service at which time we were very happy with the improvements they made in the functionality of our garage doors, they're now running much more smoothly!

Hinklin replaced the rubber bottom shield with a plastic one. This will make it harder for the woodland critters to destroy. We were very pleased with the results.

Very happy with the garage door check-up / tune-up package! Tech Noah checked everything over, lubricated the hinges and rollers on my garage door, and made a few adjustments to the drive unit. This made the door operate much smoother and more quiet. My door is very wide (18 feet) and Noah detected a slight warp in the one of the panels. He added a metal strut to the inside of the panel to make it a little more rigid. This fixed the slight warp, and the door operated even better. I feel like this maintenance will prolong the life of my garage door and prevent future problems. Very prompt, professional service. Thank you!

The work went well. It started with a very professional call with their receptionist late in the afternoon, and she was able to arrange to have someone out the very next morning, which was faster than I had hoped. The two techs who came out were very courteous and professional. They were actually early and were able to quickly get the work done, which had to do with adjusting the locking mechanism on our garage door. They quickly took the lock off, re-adjusted it to get it working again, and put it back on, and the door works just like it should now. I also noticed they took the time to do a little preventative maintenance by spraying lubricant on the garage door wheels, which I really appreciate since that may prevent future problems. Cost wise, this seemed a bit high given how fast it went (probably no more than 20 mins) and that no new parts were required, but I think that's partly because I got billed the minimum hourly charge, which is probably 1 hour, plus the standard travel charge. I would have expected something more like $80-90 for a very quick call like this, rather than $116, which is why I gave a "B" for price. On the other hand though, the hourly rate itself seemed fair, so on other longer jobs that aren't super quick fixes and use up multiple hours, and where the travel charge doesn't make up such a large percentage of the bill, I could see myself being able to give an A on price. Just not for today's job. I am happy overall with the work that was performed, and would consider hiring them again.

I had my own (almost new) garage door opener and box of parts that I got from a friend that needed a higher clearance system. I gave them the box of parts and opener and they did the rest. Hicklin was fast, friendly, did great work, and even moved upwards a shelf bolted into the wall that was in the way of the opener. I will definitely use Hicklin again!

There were two men who came to our house. The one who installed the springs was kind, professional, and got right to work. The other one, however, used inappropriate language in front of my children several times and overtly questioned the work of his coworker. He was extremely unprofessional and tainted the entire experience.

Was very impressed with responsiveness of this company. A garage door came down on my wife's car as she was leaving for work and they were out within an hour, repaired garage door and mechanism within 30 minutes at a very reasonable cost. Both techs were professional and pleasant to work with. I wouldn't think twice about calling them out again. First time using them. A+ all the way around!

I was having issues with my garage door not staying closed. They got back to me the same day that I contacted them, and were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They showed up on-time, found the issue, fixed it, and I haven't had any problems since. I will definitely contact them again if I have any more issues.

Excellent! I called at 0730 and they were able to accommodate me same day, rolling into my driveway by 0900! The technician was great, completing the work by 1000. The door works nicely... better than it had before it needed repair.

Went well. We had to have them come back to replace the trim that warped. Lights burned out in first two months of use on new garage opener we purchased from them.

The tech was fine, but just couldn't repair the problem my door was having. Their solution was to put in a new mechanism on the door. I was hoping they could do some adjustments to make it work more smoothly. They were on time and very friendly.

Good, they could not replace the seal on the door as they do not carry the size. They were suppose to give me an estimate on replacing it or call me back , I have received either at this time.

Reasonable, dependable, prompt and professional. They do a great job explaining things. This is the second time using them and I highly recommend them for any job big or small. Enough said!!!
