Description of Work: This was a very professional job very well done by the crew at Grimes Asphalt. Everyone on the crew was very courteous and did everything I asked. They cleaned up after each job and asked me if I needed anything else done before they left each day. They had 12 people on the job both days and worked from 6:00 am until 7:30 PM each day and stayed until done that day. They had very new equipment and lots of it. Their grinder was a newer CAT Bobcat, two rollers, a large sweaper, hand tamper, another Bobcat and dumptruck. They sent out a special crew to test the density to be sure of thickness and used a lazer to check slope and drainage. The crew forman "Whose" was very polite and kept me informed at every step and did everything I asked, one of the workers told me I didn't need to sweep up that they would do it. I am very pleased and this is one of the best construction jobs I ever contracted. This was a large job but they completed it in two long days allowing me access to my driveway and parking. The Sales person inspected the complete job the next morning and asked me if they needed to do anything else. I highly recommend them and they were a little less than the competative bids I got from two other contractors....... jgonner, Polk City, IA
