I have not heard back. So business must be good and they don't need any more accounts. Given that, don't bother them they are too busy.

Description of Work: They do a very nice job of mowing. The weed control and fertilizer treatments they have applied have really improved my yard over the course of the summer. I have noticed a real change in the looks of my grass.

Description of Work: Their service was okay. I signed up "late" when most people already had contracts(a couple of other companies said they were full) so I was happy they accepted me, but then they didn't show up for almost two months. Last year was also very rainy so they kept saying they couldn't come when there was a lot of rain or essentially the treatments would be ineffective. Then when they finally came there was a flash flood that afternoon. I called and questioned the efficacy and they said they would retreat if I didn't see results. So when that occurred they said they retreated although there was no odor or sign in the yard so I'm not sure if that actually happened. This continued to occur on a couple of other treatments so I wasn't super impressed. I will say they were also professional when I called with concerns.

Description of Work: Extreme Lawn Care did a great job taking care of my mother's residence after she moved into a retirement center. They were reasonable and flexible in accommodating our unique circumstances as we had lawn care arranged with a family member when he was home from college so did not need the service for the entire summer.

+ 0 moreWe needed someone to mow and weed-whack our lawn once a week. Today was the 2nd service and it is great! There were two men who got it done in about 20 minutes, and it's not a small yard! The lot is pretty deep and they did the front and back. We have no trees in that part of the yard, so it's pretty straightforward. We have fences on either side of our lot and I don't think they missed a single blade when trimming against them. We look forward to using them on an ongoing basis for mowing, and may request other services as well! Unfortunately, now that the grass is tamed, we can see just how many weeds we've allowed to sprout by not keeping up with it. If we need help dealing with that, we will be calling this company for sure!

+ -1 moreExtreme Lawn Care does an excellent job with snow removal. They are very responsive when called and will come on a pre-arranged basis as well. They do a thorough job of clearing the snow from the driveway and have not damaged any of the lights that line the drive, which is a problem we've had with other service providers. We have quite a wide circular staircase leading up to the front door, and they also do a nice job clearing the stairs. Their prices are very reasonable.

With the budget billing (flat monthly fee) we've be able to save a little money over the long term and pending board approval, plan to renew our contract with them this fall. The only complaint we've had for them was with snow removal procedure last winter. But after contacting Dave, the problem was discusses and resolved to our satisfaction.
Description of Work: Cost is per month for a 60 unit townhouse development with a lot of green space. They provide lawn mowing, snow removal, 5 lawn applications, tree treatment, spring and fall lawn clean up, and gutter cleaning. We also use their arborist and hire them for odd lawn project such as storm clean up and landscape maintenance.

We have been using them for the last few years and they always do a nice job removing the snow, including a big circular stair case leading up to the front door that must be done by hand. They are also careful and haven't broken any of the lights along the drive -- a problem we have had with previous snow removal companies.
