Last year 2 people did this same job in one hour. Three people came today and tried to stretch the time out to two hours. Yes it's nice and clean but I will not hire them again.

I have 2 of the most wonderful, friendly ladies that do the cleaning. They clean everything and do a top notch job. My apt. smells so fresh after they have cleaned. I actually look forward to seeing them every other week. The office personnel and friendly and accommodating. They do everything they can do to be sure I get exactly what I ask for.

Decided not to use since there was no personal call or messaging about anything. Price estimate seemed good, but wasn't sure how they could estimate without a first visit or discuss the work, measures or protections used related to Covid-19 etc.

We are sorry to hear about your experience! Our estimates are delivered based on the individual's personal preference. It is usually done via e-mail since it is the quickest and most convenient, but we also do via video call, regular phone call, and in-person. Beginning in April, we started to make our potential and current clients aware that we are implementing precautionary measures for their safety and ours by wearing masks, gloves, and shoe covers, and also disinfecting all of our cleaning supplies. We looked through the estimates we have created for the past two months but we did not run across any for you or the address you have provided. There is another local cleaning company in Iowa with a similar name to ours, I wonder if they were helping you. Nevertheless, we hate that your experience was not what you were expecting. Elite Cleaning Services would be more than happy to create an estimate for you! Let us know if we can be of service :)
