Description of Work: This service is owned by Daniel Wipple (which may be different than what is showed on Angie's list) Paid $250 for 1 yr of pest control (moles), stated would come by weekly until there was no new mole activity and that "warranty was good for a yr". Continually had to call for service. In 5 weeks was out 2 times. Would state he was out to the house to treat when he wasn't. (Was lied to several times). I requested that service be terminated and that I was willing to pay for a fair portion of the service provided. Never received ANY reimbursement as agreed. Complained with the BBB after 1 month (not a current member) where he stated I needed to call to get the reimbursement. Not sure why, but it was clear he was not going to stand behind his word.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. I texted him at 10 p.m. and he was out at my house giving a free quote by 9 a.m. the next morning. He did a great job and performed the service the next week. Very professional and on time!
Description of Work: I had termites and extensive termite damage and he ensured that it wouldn't happen again. Provides 3 year warranty!
