First, they were quite difficult to get in touch with. We persisted because someone we trusted had already gotten an estimate from them for us. There were some weather issues with scheduling. They'd give us a time-frame, and it would pass without a call from them. We were just about to give up, when they finally made it out. Unfortunately, they apparently didn't know to keep an eye on the forecast, because after they seeded, we got rain that washed much of the seed away. They assured us that they'd take care of us, but then said they couldn't hydro-seed once the grass was up (even when it isn't in the bare areas?). Them "taking care" included an offer to bring some seed for those areas, and instructions for follow-up care that we could do ourselves. They promised to bring that the following Monday. Tomorrow, that will have been two weeks ago. They argued that they couldn't have known it would rain 3 inches, but we learned from reading after-the-fact, that some hydro-seeders seed in the rain and it all depends on the material they put the seed down with whether it sticks or not. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

They say "no job too big or too small" but apparently my $400 quoted job WAS too small! I called them on a Wednesday and was quoted a price for what I needed. He said they would make it out to my home on Friday or Saturday. I was to call back and leave my information on their voicemail. No word from them on Friday, so Saturday I called around 10:00 am to see if I was still on their list. The guy acted as though he had forgotten all about me and I had to give him all of my info again. He said they were really busy but he would call about 1:00 or 2:00 to let me know if they would be able to show up. At 3:00 there was still no word from them so I left another message on their voicemail. Asked them to please contact me ASAP as i would need to take time off from work the following week. NEVER heard from them again.
