Diamond Shine was amazing! They we so helpful and got everything cleaned up. We truly couldn't believe how great the place looked when they got done. I wish I had done this so much sooner!

I hired John to put together two pieces of Sauder furniture I had purchased. He came to my home, looked at the job I was asking him to do and said he'd be happy to complete the work for $200. Four hours later he was still working on the first piece (a desk) and told me that I had purchased a defective kit because he couldn't finish putting it together due to defective/missing parts. He went on to tell me that he had places he needed to be and was frustrated that the job was taking as long as it was taking. Meanwhile, the desk was sitting in a million pieces -- and he hadn't even started assembling the second piece. He suggested I pay him $100 to compensate for the time he spent here (even though the job he'd been hired for was not even close to be completed.) Believing that the furniture kit I'd purchased was, indeed, defective, I went ahead and paid him. I hired another handyman to complete the job -- he had both pieces put together within 3 hours and, obviously, stated that the kit was not defective. This experience was completely unsatisfactory and I would not recommend John Gilbert of "Cleaning By Rosa" for ANY repair or handyman job in your home.

I have none as company never got back with me.

It was ok-I keep a clean house-I wanted them to deep clean some and that wasn't done. I had to tell them to vacuum the walk in closet and other items that I skip most of the time.
