Keith arrived on time, provided a reasonable quote and repairs were well done. Very personable young man and great to work with.

It went pretty well overall but the only part was responsiveness and timing. I called Keith and had an appointment to come estimate on a Saturday morning. He called that day to push it later in the day. I decided to not wait and go do my errands. He never called back to reschedule. We called again and set up another appointment. He was a little late for that appointment but explained his delay and apologized. He said he'd install the carpet on Tuesday but apparently, his other job went long so he did not install until Wednesday.

We had a good experience with Keith Jackson. We called him on a Friday on a recommendation from a carpet store, and he arranged to come to the house the following Monday. (Had our schedule allowed, he would even have been willing to do the work that Saturday.) He came promptly Monday morning, worked hard for about 2-1/2 hours and we were very satisfied with his work. Because he ran out of seaming tape and I offered to go to a home improvement store to get it for him, he deducted $50 from his charge. We paid $175 for the job, which was a very fair price for his labor and supplies.
