+ -1 moreThis was the first interaction I had with this company. I was really impressed with the guy who came out for the estimate. I was less impressed with the guy who came out to do the installation. He seemed less knowledgeable and less prepared. The job still went well; it just took longer than it should have. The job was still done in one day. He was able to answer my questions, but he didn't seem as confident. He cleaned up after himself.

DSM Comfort had the most affordable bid while still ensuring that the quality of installation and equipment would be good. When it came time for installation Lee responded immediately and got it scheduled right away. Installation took a couple days, but it looked great afterward.
Description of Work: New central A/C installation and replacement furnace.

They made us feel very comfortable and they seemed knowledgeable. Their product was good, they were always on time. They are very friendly and easy to work with.

+ -1 moreAfter a thorough inspection and proposal we decided to give DSMcomfort a go. They had the lower bid and also the best plan to integrate a holding tank for hot water. The boiler heats the water for the house ( old style radiators) as well as for hot water usage. The team came as promised to install and it all went off without a hitch. They worked very clean and were very professional in appearance as well as workmanship. They checked our old gas pipes and ventilated the radiators and stayed until the system proved to be working correctly. A few days later we received a call and Scott made sure everything was working correctly. After a week we thought we smelled some gas and Scott came promptly and checked the pipes and retightend one old connection that might have had a tiny give. The system works great for us and really saves us money in heating our home. We paid the estimated amount, and are very happy with service, price and value ratio.
Description of Work: Installed new boiler for radiant heating system, also a hot water storage tank to replace old water heater.
