 + -1 moreWindow cleaners showed up on time and were very friendly. I had a few of my high windows cleaned inside and then my upper floor outdoor windows cleaned. This is the best my windows have ever been cleaned and I will be calling Crystal Window Cleaning again next spring. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their windows cleaned.

 + -1 moreOverall it went well. They were very good. They were here when they said they were going to be here and they were on time. They did a really good job. When one of the windows was stuck they had a hard time with it but they didn't give up and say they couldn't do it. They went above and beyond to make sure that they washed it that included the basement windows which I really appreciated. They were very dependable and good. The windows look very nice. They weren't hard to get a hold off. They scheduled me and were here when they said they would be here. Their price was very fair for the work they did.

 + -1 moreI believe I would hire Crystal Window Cleaning again. I would need to remind Chris the owner to wear foot protection for his shoes and keep the keyboard for the computer out of the way of the window areas. Nevertheless, I entrusted him and his son to lock up the house after they were completed with the job. They were both courteous to me, and were respectful. But, they need to look the customer in the eye and shake the costumer's hand when they meet them for the estimate and for the actual job.
Description of Work: Price offered was very fair, the owner was very personable once I met him, however my problems with the company included the following: When he did an estimate, he did not come to the door and shake my hand and tell me what it would cost. instead, he just called me and told me what it was going to cost, after surveying the house from the outside. When he came into the house to do the cleaning they did not wear proper footwear to prevent tracking in of dirt and grime that was residual from the window cleaning. One of the workers came in with his dripping squeegee and almost dripped on our computer had I not moved our computer. I think he was just unaware of the computer.
