Description of Work: Conlin Properties was the management company of our townhouse association hired by the developer. They were horrible. They didn't pick the most efficient lawe care company and insisted on keeping a very loud annoying pond fountain running even though they couldn't afford the pond company to come and repair it ever 3 weeks. Eventually, they increased our HOA for one month by $100.00. They were horrible at returning messages, too.

+ -1 moreOur townhouse association hired Conlin from 2006-2007 to handle the management of our association. During that time, they had a turnover of about ten managers on our account. Rarely would a manager return a call or see that the work was done in a timely and quality manner. Property inspections were rare. Inquiries and complaints routinely went unanswered. Both the lawn mowing and snow removal services were horrible. In all fairness, Conlin did not choose the services, but they were responsible for ensuring that the work was done in a timely and proper manner, which was rare. We heard complaints from contractors that payment from Conlin was slow, although Conlin was never slow in billing us and cashing our checks. We were turned down by several contractors who refused to work with Conlin because of payment difficulties. Since firing Conlin, both our complaints and costs have been considerably lower.
