Cinderella Castle Cleaning

They have been to my house 4 times and I've been very pleased. Linda was very accommodating when I needed to change the cleaning day because I had guests coming into town. The gal is prompt and I feel that the house has been cleaned well when she leaves. I would recommend this service to others.

The owner was extremely prompt to contact me after I posted to Angie's List. She scheduled time to visit my home and review my expectations as well as her expectations of her workers and pricing. Once we agreed on everything, she got back to me within 48 hours to set up a biweekly appointment for cleaning. She went so far as to hand me a folder of what her people are expected to do or not do.

So far, we're satisfied. The price was about what we expected to pay. The house cleaner that we have is very good. But we've only had them for about 2 months, it's kind of early for me to form a solid opinion, but so far we're quite satisfied.

Most of the cleaning jobs which were completed, were completed satisfactorily. However, a couple of cupboards and drawers in the dining room were overlooked (not cleaned at all) and i found debris still on some of the open display shelves. In addition, the overhead light fixtures had not been cleaned, and we specifically discussed that item on the phone before i hired this team. Needs to professionalize communications. Linda called and left me a voice mail message that they were leaving with the job not completed to take care of an emergency. This would have been acceptable, if they had left. But i found out two hours later that they had stayed to complete the job. I should have had a return call immediately telling me that they were staying. When i noted the oversights on the phone with Linda the next day, she offered to reduce my bill, but did not offer to return to make it right.

Cinderella Castle Cleaning has done an excellent job so far. They are very good and very conscientious. I am very pleased with them. One thing that makes them stand out from other cleaning services that I've used is that they haven't taken anything or broken anything!
