+ -1 moreIt had been an ongoing issue for about 4 years and they finally gave us new coils. They had been here every year since it had been installed. Didn't charge us for the parts just the labor.

+ -1 moreI had been satisfied with all cleanings prior to 5/20/12. The maintenance man did not hose down the AC unit (always done previously with the spring cleaning) and I dont know if he did anything else out there other than look at it. He flicked the switch on the humidifier, looked at the outside of the furnace and looked at the first filter. ( I clean the first filter every month). He did nothing else. Said the green lights was only on (1) or (2) and did not need cleaning. Previously, they would pull out all filters and clean/wash. And spent some time looking at the different aspects. I expect to get what I pay for, not being rushed through to get done. I won't be using them again
Description of Work: The system purchased from CIM has been cleaned 2X each year by them since the purchase. They always did a good job before.
